Tender notice - Framework Agreement for Dignity Kits - Deadline 22 September 2024

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) intends to sign a long-term framework agreement with reputable suppliers that are legally registered and with extensive experience in supplying of Dignity Kits and Items. The interested suppliers are invited to submit their bids in English language to participate in the tender of:

SERVICES AND GOODS TO SUPPLY: 

1.    DIGNITY KIT – WOMAN - TURKIYE
2.    DIGNITY KIT – YOUNG WOMAN - TURKIYE
3.    DIGNITY KIT – ELDERLY WOMAN - TURKIYE
4.    DIGNITY KIT – WOMAN – EUROPE and CENTRAL ASIA
5.    DIGNITY KIT – A - MENA 
6.    DIGNITY KIT – B - MENA 
7.    DIGNITY ITEMS – ADDITIONAL LIST OF ITEMS

The deadline for submission of offers is Sunday, 22 September 2024, 23:59 hrs, Budapest time and must be sent to europe.bidreceiving@ifrc.org without copy to any other email.

Any questions about the process should be sent via email to fatih.yavuz@ifrc.org, which will be answered within 24 hours, before 02 September 2024, 15:00 (Budapest time) as the last day for receipt of inquiries.

The International Federation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and is not bound to accept the lowest bid.
