شرکت گاز استان کردستان ( مناقصه گزار) درنظر دارد به استناد قانون برگزاری مناقصات فراخوان ارزیابی کیفی جهت برگزاری مناقصه عمومی خرید مصالح عایقی را طبق شرایط و مشخصات مندرج در اسناد مناقصه ازطریق سامانه تدارکات الکترونیکی دولت ( ستاد) برگزار نماید .

۳- تولید کننده / تامین کنندگانی که دارای شرایط لازم بوده و آمادگی اجرای مناقصه فوق را دارند می توانند جهت دریافت اسناد استعلام ارزیابی کیفی به سامانه تدارکات الکترونیک دولت ( ستاد ) به شرح ذیل مراجعه نمایند.
۴- شرایط اولیه متقاضیان :
۱-۴- داشتن شخصیت حقوقی و مجوز تولید ، تهیه و یا فروش از مراجع ذیصلاح.
۲-۴- داشتن ظرفیت کاری خالی ، امکانات، ماشین آلات و نیروی متخصص.
۳-۴- به دلیل اهمیت ویژه استفاده از کالای تخصصی دارای کیفیت مناسب و مورد تایید صنعت نفت، صرفا پیشنهادات شرکت های تامین کننده داخلی مندرج در فهرست بلند واحد دستگاه مرکزی (AVL) نفت مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و پیشنهاد سایر تامین کنندگان داخلی، خارج از AVL به دلیل عدم حضور در فهرست بلند دستگاه مرکزی مورد قبول نمی باشد. ارائه تصویر ثبت نام در سامانه EP جهت کالاهای مورد تقاضا الزامی است.
۴-۴- ارائه صورت های مالی حسابرسی شده جهت مناقصات با برآورد بیش از ده برابر نصاب معاملات متوسط. ۵-۴- داشتن دانش و تجربه در زمینه مورد نظر ۶-۴- حسن سابقه ۷-۴- توان مالی و پشتیبانی
۸-۴- قیمت کالاها متناسب با کالای ساخت داخل با لحاظ کیفیت ارائه گردد. ۹-۴توانایی تهیه و تسلیم انواع ضمانتنامه های مورد نیاز ۱۰-۴ داشتن کد شناسه ملی اشخاص حقوقی و ایران کد.
۵- نحوه دریافت اسناد استعلام ارزیابی کیفی مناقصه گران : کلیه مراحل برگزاری فراخوان ارزیابی از طریق درگاه سامانه تدارکات الکترونیکی دولت (ستاد) به آدرس www.setadiran.ir انجام خواهد شد .لازم است مناقصه گران در صورت عدم عضویت قبلی ، مراحل ثبت نام در سایت مذکور و دریافت گواهی امضای الکترونیکی را جهت شرکت در مناقصه محقق سازند.
۶- مهلت دریافت و پاسخ اسناد استعلام ارزیابی کیفی مناقصه گران از طریق سامانه تدارکات الکترونیکی دولت (ستاد) :
۱-۶ - تاریخ انتشار فراخوان در سامانه ستاد روز شنبه تاریخ ۱۴۰۳/۰۶/۱۰ساعت ۸ می باشد.
۲-۶- مهلت دریافت اسناد استعلام ارزیابی کیفی روز شنبه تاریخ ۱۴۰۳/۰۶/۱۷ساعت ۱۹ می باشد.
۳-۶- مهلت ارسال پاسخ استعلام ارزیابی کیفی روز شنبه تاریخ ۱۴۰۳/۰۷/۰۷ساعت ۱۹ می باشد.
۷-نوع و مبلغ تضمین شرکت در مناقصه : مطابق تصویب نامه شماره ۱۲۳۴۰۲/ت ۵۰۶۵۹ هـ مورخ ۲۲/۰۹/۹۴ هیات وزیران و اصلاحیه های بعدی آن خواهد بود .
۸-اطلاعات و اسناد مناقصه عمومی پس از برگزاری فرایند کیفی و ارسال دعوتنامه از طریق سامانه ستاد به مناقصه گران واجد شرایط که امتیاز مناسب را در ارزیابی کسب نموده اند ارسال خواهد شد .بدیهی است دریافت اسناد و پاسخ
استعلام ارزیابی کیفی هیچگونه حقی برای متقاضیان جهت شرکت در مناقصه ایجاد نخواهد کرد.
