تعلن بلدية نابلس عن طرح العطاء التالي:-
تنفيذ شبكات صرف صحي في القرى الشرقية لمحافظة نابلس سالم و عزموط ودير الحطب
IMPLEMENTATION OF SEWERAGE NETWORKS IN NABLUS EAST VILLAGES – NABLUS GOVERNORATE SALEM, AZMOUT AND DEIR AL HATAB- MoLG-MF-2024-01
1- تود بلدية نابلس وبتمويل من خلال الموازنة التطويرية لوزارة الحكم المحلي 2024 طرح عطاء تنفيذ شبكات صرف صحي في القرى الشرقية لمحافظة نابلس سالم وعزموط ودير الحطب
2- تدعو بلدية نابلس المقاولين ذوي الأهلية درجة ثانية على الأقل مياه وصرف صحي حسب تصنيف لجنة التصنيف الوطنية الى تقديم عطاءات بالظرف المختوم
3- ستتم المناقصة من خلال عطاءات تنافسية وفقا لأحكام قانون الشراء العام رقم 8 لسنة 2014 ولائحته التنفيذية وهي مفتوحة للمناقصين ذوي الأهليةعلما بأن المؤهلات المطلوبة تتوفر في وثائق المناقصة.
4- یمكن للمناقصین المھتمین تفحص وثائق المناقصة عبر البوابة الموحدة للشراء العا م، كما یمكنھم الحصول على معلومات إضافیة من [بلدية نابلس] على العنوان المبین أدناه وذلك من الساعة 8:00 صباحا وحتى الساعة 2:00 ظهرا
من أیام السبت الى الخمیس
5- یمكن للمناقصین المھتمین شراء وثائق المناقصة من العنوان المبین أدناه، وبعد دفع رسوم غیر مستردة مقدارھا (1000) شيكل أو ما يعادلها بموجب تفويض باستلام نسخة العطاء.
6- یجب تسلیم العطاءات في العنوان المبین أدناه قبل الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرا من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 24/09/2024 في مقر بلدية نابلس قسم العطاءات والمشتريات، علما بان العطاءات الألكترونیة ["غیر مقبولة"] ، ویجب أن تكون صلاحیة العطاءات ساریة لمدة [90] یوما بعد التاریخ النھائي لتسلیم العطاءات.
7- يجب على المناقص تقديم كفالة تأمين ابتدائي بقيمة (60,000) يورو وذلك بموجب كفالة بنكية سارية المفعول لمدة لا تقل عن 120 يوماً تبدأ من تاريخ آخر يوم لتسليم العروض المعلن للعطاء أو شيك بنكي مصدق ولا تقبل الشيكات الشخصية.
8- سیتم استبعاد العطاء الذي یصل بعد التاریخ والوقت المحددین، وسیتم فتح العطاءات بحضور ممثلي المناقصین الذین یرغبون في ذلك في العنوان المبین أدناه في [الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرا من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 24/09/2024]
9- سيتم عقد إجتماع تمهيدي الساعة العاشرة صباحا من يوم الاثنين الموافق 02/09/2024 داخل مبنى بلدية نابلس-قاعة الاجتماعات الطابق الأول ويتبعه زيارة موقع بعد ذلك.
10- الأسعار شاملة لجميع الضرائب بما فيها ضريبة القيمة المضافة.

Nablus Municipality announces the following tender :
Implementation of sewage networks in the eastern villages of Nablus Governorate: Salem, Azmut and Deir al-Hatab
IMPLEMENTATION OF SEWERAGE NETWORKS IN NABLUS EAST VILLAGES – NABLUS GOVERNORATE SALEM, AZMOUT AND DEIR AL HATAB- MoLG-MF-2024-01
1- Nablus Municipality, with funding from the development budget of the Ministry of Local Government 2024, would like to submit a tender to implement sewage networks in the eastern villages of Nablus Governorate: Salem, Azmut, and Deir al-Hatab.
2- Nablus Municipality invites contractors with at least second-degree qualifications in water and sanitation according to the classification of the National Classification Committee to submit bids in sealed envelopes.
3- The tender will be conducted through competitive bids in accordance with the provisions of Public Procurement Law No. 8 of 2014 and its executive regulations. It is open to qualified bidders, noting that the required qualifications are available in the tender documents .
4- Interested bidders can review the tender documents through the unified portal for public procurement, and they can obtain additional information from [Nablus Municipality] at the address shown below from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm

5- Interested bidders may purchase the tender documents from the address shown below, after paying a non-refundable fee of (1000) shekels or its equivalent, under an authorization to receive a copy of the tender .
6- Bids must be submitted to the address shown below before 12:00 noon on Tuesday 09/24/2024 at the headquarters of the Nablus Municipality, Tenders and Purchasing Department, noting that electronic bids are ["not acceptable"], and the validity of bids must be valid for a period of [90] days after the final date for submitting bids .
7- The bidder must submit a preliminary insurance guarantee in the amount of (60,000) Euros, by means of a bank guarantee valid for a period of not less than 120 days starting from the date of the last day for submitting the announced bids for the tender, or a certified bank check.
