1) تود بلدية نابلس استخدام جزء من مخصصاتها ضمن موازنة العام 2024 وبالاستناد الى حجز المخصص المالي لتسديد المبالغ المستحقة ضمن عقد عطاء توريد مواد لأعمال صيانة شبكة مياه الشرب وشبكة الصرف الصحي في دائرة المياه والصرف الصحي في بلدية نابلس
2) تدعو بلدية نابلس المناقصين ذوي الأهلية الى تقديم عروضهم بالظرف المختوم
3) ستتم المناقصة العامة من خلال طلب عطاءات تنافسية محلية وفقا لمقتضيات قانون الشراء العام رقم 8 لعام 2014 ولائحته التنفيذية، وهي مفتوحة لكل المناقصين ذوي الأهلية، وان يكون لدى المناقص مقر وعنوان محدد ويملك سجل تجاري وملف ضريبي حسب الاصول ووفق القانون الفلسطيني.
4) يمكن للمناقصين المؤهلين والمهتمين الحصول على معلومات إضافية من بلدية نابلس وكذلك فحص وثائق المناقصة على العنوان المبين أدناه وذلك من الساعة الثامنة صباحا إلى الساعة الثانية ظهرة من أيام السبت الى الخميس، أو عبر البوابة الموحدة للشراء العام.
5) يمكن للمناقصين المهتمين الحصول على وثائق المناقصة من العنوان المبين أدناه، بعد دفع رسوم غير مستردة مقدارها (500)شيكل بموجب تفويض بإستلام وثيقة العطاء
6) يجب تسليم العطاءات في العنوان المبين أسفل الدعوة قبل الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرا من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 17/09/2024 العطاءات الالكترونية غير مقبولة، ويجب ان تكون صلاحية العطاءات سارية لمدة 90 يوما بعد التاریخ النھائي لتسلیم العطاءات
7) يجب أن يرفق مع العطاء كفالة دخول المناقصة بنسبة 3% من مجموع أسعار البنود أو الرزم، وتقدم بعملة الشيكل فقط ويستبعد العرض المتقدم بكفالة بغير عملة الشيكل ويكون ساري المفعول لمدة (120) يوما تبدأ من تاريخ آخر يوم لتسليم العروض المعلن للعطاء.
العطاءات التي تصل بعد التاریخ والوقت المحددین سیتم استبعادھا، وسیتم فتح العطاءات بحضور ممثلي المناقصین الذینیرغبون في ذلك في العنوان المبین أدناه الساعة الثانية عشرة ظهرا من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 17/ 09/2024

Supply of materials for maintenance works of drinking water network and sewage network in the Water and Sewerage Department in Nablus Municipality

1) Nablus Municipality would like to use part of its allocations within the 2024 budget, based on the reservation of the financial allocation, to pay the amounts due under a tender contract to supply materials for maintenance work on the drinking water network and the sewage network in the Water and Sewage Department in Nablus Municipality.
2) Nablus Municipality invites qualified bidders to submit their bids in sealed envelopes.
3) The public tender will be conducted through a request for local competitive bids in accordance with the requirements of Public Procurement Law No. 8 of 2014 and its executive regulations. It is open to all qualified bidders, and the bidder must have a specific headquarters and address and possess a commercial register and tax file according to the rules and in accordance with Palestinian law .
4) Qualified and interested bidders can obtain additional information from Nablus Municipality and inspect the tender documents at the address shown below from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm from Saturday to Thursday, or through the unified portal for public procurement .
5) Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents from the address shown below, after paying a non-refundable fee of (500) shekels under an authorization to receive the tender document.
6) Bids must be delivered to the address shown below the invitation before 12:00 noon on Tuesday 09/17/2024. Electronic bids are not acceptable, and bids must be valid for 90 days after the final date for submitting bids.
7) The bid must be accompanied by a bid entry guarantee of 3% of the total prices of the items or packages, and it must be submitted in shekel currency only. The bid submitted with a guarantee in a currency other than shekel currency is excluded, and it is valid for a period of (120) days starting from the date of the last day for submitting the bids announced for the bid .
Bids received after the specified date and time will be disqualified. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who wish to attend at the address shown below at 12:00 noon on Tuesday 17/09/2024 .
