1.0 Online “Item Rate / Percentage Rate” bids are invited through Local Domestic Competitive Bidding for District Reasi (J&K) in Single Stage -Two Part Bidding Basis {i.e. Part-I (Cover-I): Technical- Bid and Part-II (Cover-II): Financial Bid} for and on behalf of NHPC Ltd.
