Description supply and commissioning of USFD machine for Axle Testing consist of Ultrasonic Flaw Detect ors with standard accessories and spares like power cord-01 no normal probe-05no , BNC CABLE-05No, we dges of 17.5, 15,12.5 ,10, 7.5 degree each 2nos as per RDSO Specification No. M&C/NDT/125/2004,Rev.II Ja n 2017, version 3.0 or latest and the equipment shall comply rdso guidelines Make- Modsonic or Similar. N OTE:- Certificate: Firm shall submit all related documents such as e-way bill, invoice, Lab test reports/Pre-di spatch inspection report (if applicable) etc. along with supply. 2.Packing: Firm must supply items with packi ng as per IS standard applicable or Drawing/specification provided by railways. In case IS standard is not sp ecified for particular item packing should be done in such a way that material can be unloaded, replaced an d stacked without getting damaged. FIRM SHOULD PROVIDE NECESSARY CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE [ Warr anty Period: 30 Months after the date of delivery ] ]
