| Remarks | Demand Draft for tender fee and E.M.D. valid registration certificate, valid solvency certificate (20Percentage of the Amount put to Tender of the proposed work) shall be submitted in electronic format only through on line (by scanning) while uploading the bid. This Submission shall mean the E.M.D., tender fee, valid registration certificate, valid solvency certificate are received for purpose of opening the bid. Accordingly offer of those shall be opened whose E.M.D., tender fee, valid registration certificate, valid solvency certificate are received electronically. However for the purpose of realization of D.D., bidder shall send the same in original through R.P.A.D. to Superintending Engineer at time of tender opening or so as reach to Executive Engineer, R & B Division, Jamnagar within 7 days from the last date of opening. Penaltative action for not submitting D.D. & F.D.R. in original to Executive Engineer by bidder shall be initiated and penalty like abeyance of registration and cancellation of E-Tending Code for a period of One Year as Govt. Circular Dt.27/11/08. F.D.R. for Exemption Certificate is not necessary. However Exemption Certification shall have to be submitted electronically through online. Any Documents in supporting of bid shall be submitted in electronic format only through online (by scanning etc) & hard copy will no be accepted separately. Tenderer shall submit their offer in electronic format on web site, after digitally signing the same, offers which are not digitally signed will not be accepted. No offer in physical form will be accepted and any such offer if received by GOG will be out right rejected. |

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION
All the participants arte hereby informed that the rates considered in the on-line tender is inclusive with GST charges. So may be quoted your offer considering that inclusive GST Charges.
(1) Contractors Registered in Class- B & Special Category -III (Bridge) & above with Govt. of Gujarat will be permitted to tender. Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by firm of contractors. No two or more concern in which an individual is interested as proprietor and / or a partner shall tender for the execution of the same work if they do so, all such tender shall be liable to be rejected.
(2) Bidders can download the tender document free of cost from the website.
(3) Bidders have to submit bid in Electronic format only on nprocure website till the Last Date & Time for submission.
(4) Offers in physical form will not be accepted in any case.
(5) Free vendor training camp will be organized every Saturday between 4:00 to 5:00 P.M. at (n)code solutions-A Division of GNFC Ltd., Bidders are requested to take benefit of the same.
Bidders who wish to participate in online tenders will have to procure / should have legally valid Digital Certificate as per Information Technology Act-2000 using which they can sign their electronic bids. Bidders can procure the same from any of the license certifying Authority of India or can contact (n) code solution-a division of GNFC Ltd, who are licensed Certifying Authority by Govt. of India.
