After tender submission date & time, bidder cannot edit their offer submitted in any case. No written or online request in this regard shall be granted. 4.2 Tenderer shall submit their offer i.e. price bid in Electronic format on above mentioned website & Date shown above after Digitally signing the same. 4.3 Offers submitted without digitally signed will not be accepted. 4.4 Offers in physical form will not be accepted in any case. 5.0 Submission of Tender Fees, Bid Security and other valid Documents: 5.1 Tender Fee : Rs. 2400/- (Rupees Two thousand Four hundred only) by Demand Draft in favour of "Executive Engineer, District (R&B) Division, Rajkot”, payable at Rajkot from any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank except Co-operative Bank. Demand draft issued after the last date of submission of Bids will not be considered or accepted. 5.2 Bid Security i.e. EMD: Rs.82,000/- (Rupees Eighty Two Thousand only) in the form of DD/ FDR/BG in favour of "Executive Engineer, District (R&B) Division, Rajkot" R&B from any Nationalized / Scheduled Bank except Co-operative Bank. BG shall be valid up to 180 Days. DD/FDR/BG issued after the last date of submission of tender will not be considered as valid or accepted in any case. 5.3 Other Valid Documents required to be submitted by scanning : a. Registration of "D" Class and above with Sp. Cat. 3 (Bulding) b. Bank Solvency for the Current Calendar Year i.e. 2023 / 2024. c. Deposit Receipt of Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd., Gandhinagar e. Partnership Deed (if applicable) f. Register of Firms (if applicable) 5.4 Bidder shall have to submit DD for Tender Fee, DD/FDR/BG against EMD or EMD Exemption Certificate and other documents as mentioned above in Electronic format only through online (by Scanning) While uploading the Bid. This submission shall mean that EMD and Tender Fee are received. Accordingly after of those shall be opened whose EMD and Tender Fee is received electronically. For the purpose of realisation of DD, FDR or B.G. at the time of Tender opening or send the same in by bidders shall send the original through RPAD/Speed Post in Physical form so as to reach R&B office on Date shown above during Office Hours at Superintending Engineer, (R&B) Circle-1, Rajkot only. Tender fee & EMD received early or later than the time specified will not be accepted in any case and the bid of that bidder shall be considered non-responsive. Punishment action for not submitting DD/FDR or B.G. in original to S.E. bidder shall be initiated. If found necessary, contractor will be intimated for negotiation. He will be intimated maximum three times within validity period for negotiation. If contractor does not respond in time, his earnest money will be forfeited and his tender will be rejected. Paneltative action will be taken on such contractor. |
