| Remarks | Tender fees shall be in the form of DD only & EMD can be paid in the form of DD or pledged FDR. The Tender Fees & EMD shall be issued by any Scheduled or Nationalized Bank and as well as other banks approved by Finance Department of Government of Gujarat GR No. FD/MSM/e-file/4/2023/0057/D.M.O. Dated: 21/04/2023 or Latest GR revised by Finance Department Govt. of Gujarat. Tender fee and EMD shall be submitted in electronic format only through online (by scanning) while uploading the bid. This submission shall mean that tender fee and EMD are received for purpose of opening the Bid. Accordingly, offer of those shall be opened whose tender fee and EMD is received electronically. However for the purpose of realization of document, Bidder shall send the document in original like DD of tender fee and DD/pledged FDR of EMD & other relevant document of PQ etc. through RPAD / speed post on or before 14/03/2024 during Office Hrs. (10.30 Hrs. to 18.00 Hrs.). For not submitting the Document in original, Bidder shall be banned from participation in any tender of the A.P.M.C., Jetpur for period of one (1) year as a penalty action. Special Note:- The exemption certificates of EMD will not be considered. The bidder will have to Post Qualify as per Financial & Technical Criteria given in the bid document. |

(1) Bidders can download the tender document free of cost from the website.
(2) Bidders have to submit Technical bid as well as Price bid in Electronic format only on nprocure website till the Last Date & time for submission.
(3) Offers in physical form will not be accepted in any case.
(4) Free vendor training camp will be organized every Saturday between 4.00 to 5.00 P.M. at (n)code solutions-A Division of GNFC Ltd., Bidders are requested to take benefit of the same.
Bidders who wish to participate in online tenders will have to procure / should have legally valid Digital Certificate as per Information Technology Act-2000 (Class-III) using which they can sign their electronic bids.
