| Remarks | This submission shall mean that D.D. for Tender fee and F.D.R. FOR E.M.D., Tender Fee, E-1 Class and above, valid current year Bank Solvency Certificate 20 Percent of of Estimate Cost, GST Number, Pan Card are received for purpose of opening the bid. Paneltative action for not submitting D.D. and FDR in original to Executive Engineer by bidder shall be initiated and penalty like abeyance of registration and cancellation of E-Tendering code for a period of one year as Government Circular Date.27- 11-08 and Dt.29-10-2014. However exemption certificate shall to be submitted electronically through online. - GST will be paid separately on the bills. Hence, it is the responsibility of the contractor to pay the GST to the concerned Authority.(as per special condition)
- GST and Income Tax TDS will be deducted at a sourse while making payments of bills
- The offer shall be valid for 120 days, counted from the last date of Opening of Online tenders.
- EMD in the form specified in tender document only and EMD shall be accepted valid up to 180 days. Validity of EMD lesser than 180 days will not be accepted.
- Government reserves the right to accept lowest responsive offer based on evaluation of tender and reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason

- Contractor shall read carefully the clause No.34 & 52 of performace security And Clause No.48 of Retention Money of condition of contract and then fill the rateof Schedule-B & Above/Below tender while submission of the Bid.
