| Remarks | Instrument of tender fee and EMD shall be submitted in electronic format only through online (By scanning while uploading the bid). This submission shall mean that Tender Fee and EMD are received for purpose of opening the bid. Accordingly offer of only those shall be opened whose tender fee and EMD is received electronically. However for the purpose of realization of instrument of tender fee & EMD, bidder shall send the same in original through RPAD/SPEED POST/By Hand Delivery. So as to reach to Executive Engineer P.H.W.Dn.Ahmedabad within Second day of last date of 28/03/2024 17:00 Hrs For not submitting DD/FDR/BG in original, bidder shall be banned to participate in any tender of the Board for period of 3 years as a penal action. Any document in supporting to tender bid shall be submitted in electronic format only through online (by scanning etc.) and submission only in hard copy will not be accepted separately 1. Tender fee, Earnest money deposit, PAN Card shall be uploaded online only 2. Tender Fee (Document fee) amounting to Rs.900.00 in favour of Executive Engineer P.H.W.Dn.Ahmedabad in form of Demand Draft shall be issued by any nationalized bank or as per list mentioned in GR of. Finance Department, Finance Department, Corrigendum No:FD/MSM/e-file/4/2023/0057/D.M.O dtd.21/04/2023(Enclosed) as per Annexure-I attached here with) Earnest Money Deposit Rs. 19265.00 in form of FDR or Bank Guarantee in favour of Executive Engineer P.H.W.Dn.Ahmedabad valid up to 28 days from the date of closure of the bid validity period of 120 days i.e.(Total of 120 add 28 equal 148 days), shall be issued by any nationalized bank or as per list mentioned in GR. No Finance Department, GR of. Finance Department, Corrigendum No FD/MSM/e-file/4/2023/0057/D.M.O dtd.21/04/2023(Enclosed) The following documents shall be uploaded while submitting the BID online: • Scanned copy of Demand Draft as tender fee • Scanned copy of FDR / as EMD • Scanned copy of contractor’s registration certificate (E 1 Class) in Govt. of Gujarat (R&B/WRD/GWSSB) and for others as mentioned below: • Scanned copy of Bidder’s solvency certificate. (Minimum of 2.00 Lakhs) • • Bidder has to Submit the Affidavit of Form No.9 on NonJudicial Stamp of Rs 300.00 along with the hard copy of the bid Scanned copy of PAN card/GST Number In addition to the documents mentioned above, the documents required as per attached Forms and Annexure are also to be uploaded. (1) Bidders can download the tender document free of cost from the website.
(2) Bidders have to submit Technical bid as well as Price bid in Electronic format only on nprocure website till the Last Date & time for submission.
(3) Offers in physical form will not be accepted in any case.
(4) Free vendor training camp will be organized every Saturday between 4.00 to 5.00 P.M. at (n)code solutions-A Division of GNFC Ltd., Bidders are requested to take benefit of the same.
