| Remarks | Demand Draft for Tender Fee and E.M.D. in F.D.R Form Not Less then 180 days / Exemption Certificate Only shall be submitted in electronic format only through online and other documents like registration, electrical license, bank solvency and other supporting documents (by scanning) while uploading the bid. However for the purpose of realization of Tender Fee D.D. and E.M D. in FDR Form send in original through R.P.A.D. / Speed Post / Courier in The Executive Engineer, Mehsana Electrical (R&B Department) Division, Bahumali Bhavan, Block N 1, 3rd Floor, Mehsana within 7 days from the date of tender Closing. Penetrative action for not submitting Tender Fee and E.M.D. in Original to Executive Engineer by bidder shall be initiated. If the contractor does not remit the tender fee & the E.M.D. within the specified time his registration will be held in abeyance for one year & his tendering code will be cancelled for one year. Any documents in supporting of tender bid shall be submitted in electronic format only through online (by scanning etc.) Only Tender Fee (Demand Draft) and E.M.D. in F.D.R. Form only Send Original (R. & B. Circular No: PRC-102008-5-S, dated 18-01-2008 & R. & B. D.G.R.No: Parach-102008-5-C (Part file), dated 27-11-2008All bidders are requested to verify all uploaded documents before proceed for final submission. If any document is Corrupted / Not uploaded properly during the uploading may not be opened while evaluation. Which may lead to disqualification therefore it is recommended to view document after uploading in the tender.To Avoid disqualification, Its’ imperative that the name of the division for both FDR and Tender Fee precisely match those specified in the NIT.. (2) Bidders have to submit Technical bid as well as Price bid in Electronic format only on nprocure website till the Last Date & time for submission.

(4) Free vendor training camp will be organized every Saturday between 4.00 to 5.00 P.M. at (n)code solutions-A Division of GNFC Ltd., Bidders are requested to take benefit of the same.
