Procurement Summary

The following documents shall be uploaded while submitting the BID online:

• Scanned copy of Demand Draft as tender fee
• Scanned copy of FDR / BG as EMD
• Scanned copy of contractor’s registration certificate (“A” Class or above) in Govt. of Gujarat (R&B/WRD/GWSSB) and for others as mentioned below:

CPWD/ Railway   and    other   State    Governments equivalent to class “A.” or above  of Gujarat State/ Other Contractors who are registered in  Board, Corporation, and Government Undertaking /Organizations of state & central government including all Public Sector Units equivalent to “A” Class or above of Gujarat state having the above stated criteria, such Contractor shall have to apply on or before the last date of Submission of Tender documents to get himself registered in “A” Class or above in Government of Gujarat R&B/WRD/GWSSB and obtain registration in “A” Class or above before the date of finalization of work order of Project Contract to be issued, if awarded. The proof of application for Registration in “A” Class or above shall have to be uploaded with the Tender documents.

• Scanned copy of Bidder’s solvency certificate. Minimum As per rules of registration as per R&B department -75 Lacs
• Scanned  copy of PAN card

In addition to the documents mentioned above, the documents required as per attached Forms & Annexure are also to be uploaded. Bidder shall submit their offer i.e. Technical bid as well as price bid in Electronic format on stipulated website& date as mentioned in the tender document. No offer in physical form will be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria: 

The Following Criteria Required for Eligibility for the Tender.

1). Details of Tender Fee & EMD (As per Tender Documents). The scanned copy of the DD (Tender Fees), EMD (FDR), PAN card, necessary bank solvency of current year will have to be uploaded with all others required documents.

2). The original DD (Tender Fee), FDR/Bank Gaurantee (EMD), copy of PAN card, copy of Registration certificate, copy of bank solvency (Calender year), etc., shall be sent through R.P.A.D. up to next day 3.00 PM of last date of bidding during office hours.

3). The EMD (FDR/ Bank Gaurantee) shall be produced for minimum period of 208 days. (From the last date of submission of bid.)

4). The bidder shall submit GST registration certificate.

5). Scanned copy of contractor’s registration certificate i.e. “A” Class  (as mentioned earlier) and other documents will have to be uploaded compulsory.

6). Contractor must have to upload Affidavit regarding documents submitted by them are Genuine on the 300 Rs. Non judicial stamp paper as per format attached with tender documents.

7). Contractor should be quoted rate exclusive of G.S.T.
