| Remarks | D.D. for tender fee, E.M.D. as per Sr. No. 1 Page No. 4 valid registration certificate and valid solvency certificate shall be submitted in electronic format only through on line (by scanning) while uploading the bid. This submission shall mean that E.M.D. Tender fee, valid registration certificate and valid solvency certificate are received for purpose of opening the bid. Accordingly offer of those shall be opened whose E.M.D. & tender fee, valid registration certificate and valid solvency certificate are received electronically. However for the purpose of realization of D.D., bidder shall send to the S.E. at the time of tender opening or send the same in original through R.P.A.D. so as to reach to Executive Engineer, City (R&B) Division, Rajkot within 7 days from the last date of opening. Penaltative action for not submitting D.D. and F.D.R. in original to Executive Engineer by bidder shall be initiated and penalty like abeyance of registration and cancellation of e-Tendering code for a period of one year as Govt. Circular Dt.27-11-08. F.D.R. for exemption Certificate is not necessary. However Exemption Certificate shall have to be submitted electronically through online. Any documents in supporting of bid shall be submitted in electronic format only through online (by scanning etc.) and hard copy will not be accepted separately. NOTE:- From date 01-07-2017 GST is applicable, hence deduction of GST will be recovered from the bills as pe prevailing reuls. Hence bidders are requisted to quote their tender, considering provision of GST norms. Tender shall submit their offer in electronic format on web site, after digitally signing the same, offers which are not digitally signed will not be accepted. No offer in physical from will be accepted and any such offer ifreceived by G.O.G.R. will be out right rejected. |

- Instruction of bidders:- From date 01-07-2017 GST is applicable, hence deduction of GST will be recovered from the bills as pe prevailing reuls. Hence bidders are requisted to quote their tender, considering provision of GST norms
- Contractors Registered in "E-2" Class above with Deptt. of Govt. of Gujarat and above will be permitted to tender. Not more than one tender shall be submitted by a contractor or by a firm of contractors. No two or more concern in which an individual is interested as proprietor and / or a partner shall tender for the execution of the same work if they do so, all such tender shall be liable to be rejected.
- Bidders can download the tender document free of cost from the website.
- Bidders have to submit bid in Electronic format only on nprocure website till the Last Date & time for submission.
- Offers in physical form will not be accepted in any case.
- Free vendor training camp will be organized every Saturday between 4:00 to 5:00 P.M. at (n)code solutions-A Division of GNFC Ltd., Bidders are requested to take benefit of the same.
Bidders who wish to participate in online tenders will have to procure / should have legally valid Digital Certificate as per Information Technology Act-2000 using which they can sign their electronic bids.
