D.D. for tender fee, E.M.D. valid "AA" Class with Special Bridge Category-I certificate, valid calendar year solvency certificate (20% of Estimated Cost) shall be submitted in electronic format only through on line (by scanning) while uploading the bid. This submission shall mean that E.M.D., Tender Fee, valid "AA" Class with Special Bridge Category-I certificate, valid calendar year solvency certificate (20% of Estimated Cost), are received for purpose of opening the bid. Accordingly offer of those shall be opened whose E.M.D. & tender fee, valid "AA" Class with Special Bridge Category-I certificate, valid calendar year solvency certificate (20% of Estimated Cost) are received electronically. However for the purpose of realization of D.D., bidder shall send to the S.E. at the time of tender opening or send the same in original through R.P.A.D. so as to reach to Executive Engineer, R & B Division, Surendranagar within 7 days from the last date of opening. Penaltative action for not submitting D.D. and F.D.R. in original to Executive Engineer by bidder shall be initiated and penalty like abeyance of registration and cancellation of e-Tendering code for a period of one year as Govt. Circular Dtd. 27-11-08. F.D.R. for exemption Certificate is not necessary. However Exemption Certificate shall have to be submitted electronically through online.
Any documents in supporting of bid shall be submitted in electronic format only through online (by scanning etc.) and hard copy will not be accepted separately. |

Tenderer shall submit their offer in electronic format on web site, after digitally signing the same, offers which are not digitally signed will not be accepted. No offer in physical form will be accepted and any such offer if received by GOG will be out right rejected. |

Note : From date 01-07-2017 GST is applicable, hence deduction of GST will be recovered from the bills as per prevailing rules. Hence bidders are requested to quote their tender, considering provision of GST norms. |
