| Remarks | Tender fee and EMD shall be in the form of DD only. The Earnest Money Deposit (only in form of Demand Draft of Nationalized/Schedule Bank as Mentioned in G.R dated 21/04/2023 of Finance Department Attached Herewith ,The EMD shall be issued in the Name of the Chief Officer, Nagar Sevasadan Padra. Tender fee and EMD shall be submitted in electronic format through online (by scanning) while uploading the bid. This submission shall mean that tender fee and EMD are received for purpose of opening the Bid. Accordingly, offer of those shall be opened whose tender fee and EMD is received electronically. However for the Purpose of realization of document. Bidder shall send the Demand Draft of Tender Fee And EMD in Original through RPAD or by SPEED POST as to reach to the concerned office as mentioned in the tender document up to 29/08/2024 up to 18:00 hrs. For not submitting the Tender Fee And EMD in original, Bidder shall be banned from participation in any Tender of the organization for period of one year. Documents in support of Technical bid shall be submitted in Electronic format online by scanning. Physical Submission of the Supporting Document except Original Demand Draft of Tender Fee and Earnest Money Deposit will not be accepted in any Circumstances. |

(1) Bidders can download the tender document free of cost from the website.
(2) Bidders have to submit Technical bid as well as Price bid in Electronic format only on nprocure website till the Last Date & time for submission.
(3) Offers in physical form will not be accepted in any case.
(4) Free vendor training camp will be organized every Saturday between 4.00 to 5.00 P.M. at (n)code solutions-A Division of GNFC Ltd., Bidders are requested to take benefit of the same.
Bidders who wish to participate in online tenders will have to procure / should have legally valid Digital Certificate as per Information Technology Act-2000 (Class-III) using which they can sign their electronic bids.
