The offer of those shall be opened whose EMD &tender Fee are received electronically / Physically as per the details mentioned (uploaded) in the document fee and EMD detail form. However, for realization of Demand Draft / FDR / Gwssb Guarantee bidder shall send it in original through RPAD / Speed Post. So, as to reach to Executive Engineer, Public Health Works Division, Jalbhavan, 1st floor, Surat up to 15:00 hours on next working day. For not submitting Demand Draft / FDR / Gwssb Guarantee in Original bidder shall be banned to participate in any tender of the Board for period of 3 (Three) Years as a penalty action. The E.M.D. Shall be valid for One Year. |

(2) Bidders have to submit Technical bid as well as Price bid in Electronic format only on nprocure website till the Last Date & time for submission.
(3) Offers in physical form will not be accepted in any case.
(4) Free vendor training camp will be organized every Saturday between 4.00 to 5.00 P.M. at (n)code solutions-A Division of GNFC Ltd., Bidders are requested to take benefit of the same.
