| Remarks | This submission shall mean that 1. D.D. for Tender fee 2. F.D.R. FOR E.M.D. 3. E-1 Class and above registration Certificate 4. valid current year Bank Solvency Certificate 20 percentage of of Estimate Cost 5. GST Number, Pan Card, should be submitted in this tender compulsory are received for purpose of opening the bid. However for the purpose of realization of D.D., bidder shall send to E.E. at the time of tender opening or send the same in original through R.P.A.D. so as to reach Executive Engineer, Rajkot Irrigation Project Division, Rajkot within 7 days from the last date of submission of bid. On date :- 05/10/2024 to 14/10/2024 during the office hours . Paneltative action for not submitting D.D. and FDR in original to Executive Engineer by bidder shall be initiated and penalty like abeyance of registration and cancellation of E-Tendering code for a period of one year as Government Circular Date.27- 11-08 and Dt.29-10-2014. However exemption certificate shall to be submitted electronically through online. Any documents in supporting of bid shall be submitted in electronic format only through online (by scanning etc) and hard copy will not be accepted separately. As per Government Circular No. S / 22 / 2017 / 639 / D Dt.08-06-2018 If found necessary, contractor will be intimated for negotiation. He will be intimated maximum three time within validity period for negotiation. If contractor does not respond in time, his earnest money will be forfeited and his tender will be rejected. Punitiative action will be taken on such contractor. |

E-1 CLASS & ABOVE REGISTRATION
- GST will be paid separately on the bills. Hence, it is the responsibility of the contractor to pay the GST to the concerned Authority.(as per special condition)
- GST and Income Tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills
- The offer shall be valid for 120 days, counted from the last date of Opening of Online tenders.
- EMD in the form specified in tender document only and EMD shall be accepted valid up to 180 days. Validity of EMD lesser than 180 days will not be accepted.
- Government reserves the right to accept lowest responsive offer based on evaluation of tender and reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason
- The details of the above notice will be available on www.statetenders.gujarat.gov.in and www.nwr.nprocure.com.
- Contractor shall read carefully the clause No.34 & 52 of performance security And Clause No.48 of Retention Money of condition of contract and then fill the rate of Schedule-B & Above/Below tender while submission of the Bid. Contractor shall also read the liquidated Damage of the clause No.49 of the condition of this contract
