(2) EMD in form DD / FDR / Gwssb Guarantee & Tender fee in form of only DD in favor of "Executive Engineer, Public Health Works Division, GWSSB, Surat" drawn on any Nationalized Gwssb and Scheduled Gwssb shown in Annexure-I shall be submitted in electronic format through ONLINE (by scanning) while uploading the bid. This submission shall mean that EMD & tender fee are received for the purpose of opening the bid. The offer of those shall be opened whose EMD & Tender Fee are received electronically / Physically as per the details mentioned (uploaded) in the document fee and EMD detail form. However, for realization of Demand Draft / FDR / Gwssb Guarantee bidder shall send it in original through RPAD / Speed Post. So, as to reach to Executive Engineer, Public Health Works Division, Jal bhavan, 1st floor, Surat up to up to 15:00 hours on Dtd.09/10/2024.. For not submitting Demand Draft / FDR / Gwssb Guarantee in Original bidder shall be banned to participate in any tender of the Board for period of 3 (Three) Years as a penalty action. The E.M.D. Shall be valid for One Year. |

(1) Bidders can download the tender document free of cost from the website.
(2) Bidders have to submit Technical bid as well as Price bid in Electronic format only on nprocure website till the Last Date & time for submission.
(3) Offers in physical form will not be accepted in any case.
(4) Free vendor training camp will be organized every Saturday between 4.00 to 5.00 P.M. at (n)code solutions-A Division of GNFC Ltd., Bidders are requested to take benefit of the same.
Bidders who wish to participate in online tenders will have to procure / should have legally valid Digital Certificate as per Information Technology Act-2000 (Class-III) using which they can sign their electronic bids.
