Procurement Summary

IMPORTANT:
1.    All the relevant documents (refer Table-A) as per requirement of the Tender to be submitted physically in sealed cover on OR before due date and time. All such documents should be strictly submitted by RPAD / speed post only. “NO COURIER SERVICE OR HAND DELIVERY” will be allowed. Otherwise the offer will not be considered and no any further communication in the matter will be entertained. 
2.    All the online Annexures & price bid i.e. Annexure-1 to 16, GTP, GETCO Confirmation, GETCO technical specifications, GETCO terms, price bid and other tender documents (refer Table-B & C) must be submitted/attached in the online form. 
3.    For any discrepancy between physical EMD BG cover document (Table-A) received and submitted online, the physical EMD BG documents will be considered as final.

4.    Technical evaluation would be carried out for the items offered in the online Annexure - 4 (Un-priced Schedule) i.e. copy without prices.  The Quantity & GST offered in online price bid shall be considered as final, in case of any discrepancy.

       Note: In online Annexure-4 of N-Procure, all tender items are provided. Bidders has to mention quantity for offered items clearly, as the quantity mentioned by bidder in Annexure-4 shall be treated as their offered quantity. For not quoted items (i.e. items which they are not offering), they have to mention quantity as “0 (zero)”.
5.    It is mandatory for all the bidders to submit their tender documents in online form viz. on – line (E-tendering). “The physical form” of submission of Tender Documents in commercial terms and Condition of the tender shall be read as “upload/attach Documents” to (n) procure website. 

Document mentioned in Table-A must be submitted in physical form .  
6.    The bidders are required to fill up all the online annexure / forms. This is intended for transparency and speedy evaluation of the bids. Instead of simply confirming / attached in bid / refer attached document, the Bidder shall fill in the particulars against appropriate place in respect of each line appearing in each online annexure. Wherever required, bidder shall invariably have to attach copy of supporting authentic documents (Table- B & C).
(In the absence of required details in the online annexure, the purchaser has every right to evaluate the bids accordingly and bidder cannot raise any objection against any point during evaluation.)
7.    Bidder has to submit their EMD Documents (As per Table-A) in A4 size envelope, only. The bid must be clearly addressed to Additional Chief Engineer (Procurement & Contracts) Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited, Corporate Office, S.P. Vidyut Bhavan, Race Course, Vadodara - 390 007 as per given format (On last Page).
8.    Bidders are requested to remain in touch with the web-site for any amendment / corrigendum or extension of due date etc.

GETCO reserves the right to reject any OR all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

General Terms and Conditions
(1) Bidders can download the tender document free of cost from the website.
(2) Bidders have to submit Technical bid as well as Price bid in Electronic format only on nprocure website till the Last Date & time for submission.
(3) Offers in physical form will not be accepted in any case.
(4) Free vendor training camp will be organized every Saturday between 4.00 to 5.00 P.M. at (n)code solutions-A Division of GNFC Ltd., Bidders are requested to take benefit of the same.
