Pre Qualification criteria: Bidder (i.e. Single bidder/Indian Joint Venture Company Incorporated) having experience of successfully completed similar works during last (7) years (For this purpose, the period reckoned shall be the period prior to the originally scheduled date of opening of the techno-commercial bid), should be either to the following:- (a) One similar*completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs. 1,84,82,851.55 -OR- (b) Two similar* completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs. 1,15,51,782.22 -OR- (c) Three similar* completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs. 92,41,425.77 Similar *completed works means Construction of residential/ commercial building work . In support of their experience the Bidder should submit in e-portal the respective contracts OR Work orders OR Letter of Award of work, along with Documentary evidence in respect of the above should be submitted in the form of copies of relevant Purchase orders along with copies of any of the documents in respect of satisfactory execution of each of those Purchase Orders, such as (i) Satisfactory inspection report(OR) (ii) Satisfactory supply completion/ Installation report (OR) (iii) Consignee Receipted Delivery Challans (OR) (iv) Central Excise Gate Pass / Tax Invoice issued under relevant rules of Central Excise / VAT / GST (OR) (v) Any other documentary evidence that can substantiate the satisfactory execution of each of the purchase orders cited above from the clients. In case of sub contracted work, the work order and completion certificate will be considered for evaluation only if these documents are issued by the original client. (Supporting documents as proof of experience should be either in original or notary attested true copies).
