Pre Qualification criteria: Pre-qualification Criteria Eligibility and Experience (i) Bidder (i.e.; Single bidder / Indian Joint Venture company Incorporated) should have minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in providing (similar)* works/services. (ii) The bidder must have minimum experience of having successfully completed similar works during last seven years reckoned from the date of the opening of Techno-commercial bid, either of the following:- a) Three similar completed Works* each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the quantum of work i.e. Rs 1,38,00,000.00 OR b) Two similar completed Works* each costing not less than the amount equal 50% of the quantum of work i.e. Rs 1,72,50,000.00 OR c) One similar completed Works* each costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the quantum of work i.e. Rs 2,76,00,000.00. Note: Estimated cost put to tender: Rs. 15,00,00,000/- only. Bidder(s) shall be evaluated for 23% of quantum of work, hence, value of similar completed work for prequalification is 23% of 15 Crores, which is Rs. 3,45,00,000/- only. The bidder s experience in ongoing contract involving multiple services (with no interdependence) shall also be considered in meeting the experience under (i) and (ii) above subject to condition that the relevant service has been satisfactorily completed. For meeting the requirement above at (i) & (ii), the period reckoned shall be the period prior to the originally scheduled date of opening of bid. To this effect, Bidder should submit copies of respective contracts, along with documentary evidence in respect of satisfactory execution of each of those contracts/satisfactory completion of relevant services, in the form of copies of any of the documents (indicating respective contract number and type of services), such as - (i) Satisfactory completion / performance report (OR) (ii) proof of release of Performance Security after completion of the contract (OR) (iii) proof of settlement / release of final payment against the contract (OR) (iv) any other documentary evidence that can substantiate the satisfactory execution of each of the contracts cited above Similar Works Means: Construction of drill site work in Oil & gas sector of Central / State Govt. PSU / Public limited company COMPLETED Works* means any Similar civil work including rate contract. (a) In case of running rate contracts of similar work(s), the period of execution and value of successfully completed jobs up to original scheduled date of opening of BID shall be considered for evaluation of bids. (b) Date of actual completion (and not the award date) of a work shall be considered to decide the year for the work for the purpose of evaluation. (c) For meeting eligibility criteria for Para (i), the completion certificate of similar works shall be older than five years of any value, as on original scheduled TBO. Note: For meeting (ii) above, last seven years will be calculated from date of bid opening. e.g. :In case the date of opening of bid is 31.01.2024 then period of seven years for bidder s valid experience shall be from 01.01.2017
