OR above, having eligibility for participating in bids not less than the estimate value of work for the specified nature of work (any deviation will treat as non-responsive) 2. Experience in similar nature of works not less than the estimate value of work as executed in any one financial year (1st April to 31st March) from the date of valid registration certificate, in any Engineering Department of A.P State Government such as R&B, Irrigation, Panchayat Raj Department, and Andhra Pradesh State Police Housing Corporation only (any deviation will treat as non-responsive) 3. General Technical Terms and Conditions (Procedure)  
1). Form of Contract is L.S and turn Key Basis. 2). The Bidders applying for Bid Schedules should enclose attested copies of Proof of GST Registration Certificate incorporating his / their Identification Number 3) The EMD of unsuccessful bidder would be refunded no sooner the agreement concluded by the successful bidder / on raising the representation by the unsuccessful bidder for refund of EMD. 4) The successful bidder has to pay additional EMD online at 1.5% of ECV / TCV whichever is higher 5) Time is essence of Contract, therefore, The successful bidder has to enter into the agreement within 15 days from the date of acceptance of his bid failing which the bid would be cancelled duly forfeiting the EMD paid by him together taking action in debarring from tendering the works of this Organization etc., as per the rules 6).The Executive Engineer reserves the right to reject any one or all the bids without assigning any reasons thereof. 7).Other Terms and conditions can be had on request from the office during working hours. 8).Payment will be made only after receipt of L.O.C from the Government. 9).It is mandatory to verify the feasibility of the work with concerned AE/DEE/EE/User department. 10) REFER BID CONDITIONS / CONTACT OFFICE OF THE BID INVITING AUTHORITY 11)The Bidder should submit experience in similar nature work
