Procedure for Bid
Submission
Eligibility Criterion to qualify the consideration of Award of the Contract each tenderer should fulfill the following criteria.
Eligible Class of Contractor:
Class IV as per G.O.Ms.No.94, date: 01-07-2003 or equivalent registration with State Government.
i) Eligible Vendor/Contractor with experience in Installing & Maintaining all the items specified in BOQ in NIT
ii) The tenderer is subject to be disqualified, if he is found to have misled or furnish false information in the forms/statements/certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements or record or performance such As abandoning of work not properly completed in earlier contracts, inordinate delays in completion of the works, litigation history and has quoted unreasonable high bid price.
iii) Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/fake certificates of experience, he will be block listed and the contract will be terminated and his EMD will be forfeited.
iv) Any other condition regarding receipt of tenders in conventional method appearing in the tender documents may please be treated as not applicable.
a) Intending bidders can contact Office of the Executive Engineer, AP, Samagra Shiksha, Anakapalli, Ph.No :9492533409, for any clarification in information on any working day during working hours.
b) The bidders who are desirous of participating in ?e? procurement shall submit their documents in the standard formats prescribed in the Tender documents displayed at ?e? Market place. The bidders should upload the scanned copies of all the relevant certificates, Documents etc., in the ?e? Market place in support of their Technical bids. The bidders shall sign on all the statements, documents, certificates uploaded by him owing responsibility for their correctness/authenticity.
c) After uploading the attested copies of the uploaded statements, certificates are to be submitted by the bidder to the Executive Engineer, APSS, Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh so as to reach before opening the price bid. Failure to furnish any of the uploaded documents, certificates, before the price bid opening date will entail rejection of the bid and forfeiture the EMD. Similarly, if any of the certificates, documents, etc., furnished by the bidder is found to be False/fabricated/bogus, the bidder will be Black listed and the E.M.D. forfeited.
1. Bids are invited on the e-Procurment platform for the above mentioned work from the contractors/contracting firms eligible as mentioned above.
2. Approximate estimated contract value of work: - Rs.2550940/-
3. EMD 2.5 % collected in the form of (1%+1.5%) on Contract Value
4. The E.M.D 1% on ECV Rs.25510/- to be paid online payment along with bids in favour of the Executive Engineer, APSS, Anakapalli. Scanned copy of Online payment towards E.M.D is to be uploaded with the bids and originals must be submitted to the department through registered post/courier on or before the date of opening of the price bid. Failure to furnish the original Payment receipt before Price Bid opening date will entail rejection of bid and blacklisting.
5.Remaining 1.5% EMD to be paid in form of D.D. from the successful bidder at the time of concluding the agreement,
6. Period of Completion of Work: 2 Months
7. tender processing Fee : Rs. 7500/- non refundable
7. Tender Schedules: Tender Schedules can be downloaded free of cost from the Web site ?http://tender.apeprocurement.gov.in?.
8. Form of Contract: Lump sum contract.
Note : the dates stipulated above are extendable by an official notification by the department if happen to be the Public Holidays.
9) Transaction Fee: All tenderers have to pay the non refundable transaction fee by online on in the form of DD payable to Manager (eProcurement), A.P.Technology Services Ltd., 3rd Floor, R&B Building, M G Road, Vijayawada - 520010, AP, India. Scanned copy of DD is to be uploaded with the bids and originals must be submitted to the Executive Engineer, APSS, Anakapalli through registered post/ courier on or before the date of opening of the price bid. Failure to furnish the original D.D before Price Bid opening date, will entail for rejection.
10) The Contractors are requested to upload the information?s in Zip format preferably.
11) The Contractors are requested to submit their documents in supporting to the eligibility criteria of the tender including original DD well in advance of Price Bid opening.
12) All the enclosed documents furnished in support of eligibility for the tender, should be attested by the tenderer. The tenderers have need not to upload the tender schedules of volume-I&Volume-II in ?e?procurement, but they have to furnish the certificates in ?e?procurements stating that ?I have gone through all the tender conditions and accepted them with out any pre conditions?. Non submission of these certificates will liable to rejection.
