The Contractors applying for Tender Schedules should enclose attested copies of Proof of GST Registration Certificate incorporating his / their Identification Number 3) Balance 1 � % EMD if required is to be paid in the form of DD at the time of concluding the agreement. 4).The Executive Engineer reserves the right to reject any one or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. 5).Other Terms and conditions can be had on request from this office hours. 6).Payment will be made only after receipt of L.O.C from the Government. 7).It is mandatory to verify the feasibility of the work with concerned AE/DEE/EE/User department. 8)The renderer who submitted bid online must submit the bid processing fee DD on or before opening date as mentioned (5.00 pm) to the bid inviting authority failing which the bid will be considered as NON RESPONSIVE 9) REFER TENDER CONDITIONS / CONTACT OFFICE OF THE TENDER INVITING AUTHORITY
