Qualification Requirements : To qualify for consideration of award of the contract each tender should fulfill the following criteria: 1) The bidder have appropriate class of registration as per rule followings G.Os in civil categories are eligible to tender i.e., class -III and above in any Government Department as per G.O. Ms. No. 94, Irrigation & CAD (PW-CAD) Dept Dt.01-07-2003 &G.O.Ms.No.130 I&CAD, Date:22.05.2007 ad G.O.Ms.No.73 I&CAD, Dated:27.06.2009 and the Agencies/ Contractors, who are registered in the any State Government Under taking through o the country are eligible. Financial Requirements: As per G.O.MS.No.73, I & CAD, Dt.27.06.2009 2) Assessed available bid capacity as per formula (2 AN ? General Terms & Conditions: Bids are invited on the e-procurement for the above mentioned work from the Contractors/ Contracting firms registered with Government of Andhra Pradesh. The details of Tender conditions and terms can be down loaded from the electronic procurement platform of Government of Andhra Pradesh i.e. . 2) Approximate Estimate Contract value of work Rs.91,51,996/- 3) Contractors would be required to register on the e-procurement Market Place and submit their bids on line. The Department will not accept any bid submitted in the paper form. 4) EMD to be paid through online payment or unconditional irrevocable bank guarantee issued by any nationalized bank in the standard format as shown in the tender schedule drawn in favor of the Municipal Commissioner , for Rs.91,520/- (i.e. 1% of ECV). Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/ fake certificates of experience he will be black - listed and the contract will be terminated. Bids are invited on the e-procurement for the above mentioned work from the contractors/contracting firms registered with Government of Andhra Pradesh.
