General Terms and Conditions / Eligibility  
Eligibility Criterion As per G.O.Ms. No. 142, dt. 20.12.04 of the I&CAD (PW reforms) dept, the amendment of Para (12) of annexure I to G.O.Ms. No. 94, dt. 01.07.03 is as follows. The qualification criteria at Para 10 as well as modified procedure of collecting EMD in the shape of Bank Guarantee will not be made applicable for the works costing Rs. 50.00 lakhs (EVC) and below. Hence the qualification criteria for this work is dispensed with and the eligibility criteria is as follows 91) eligible class of Contractors registered as per G.O.Ms. No. 94, dt. 01.07.03 is Class V and above (2) EMD should be paid through online in NIT. (3) Copy of GST Registration certificate and latest commercial tax clearance certificate. (4) Copy of PAN card (Both Sides) and proof of submission of IT particulars to IT Dep (i.e.,) copy of return submitted of the latest year General

General Technical Terms and Conditions (Procedure)  
Even at the stage of execution of work, if found that the contractor has produced false / fake certificates or information, he will black listed and the contract will be determined under clause 60 (a) of PS to APSS, (2) The participating bidders have to pay transaction fee @ 0.03% ECV (Estimate contract value) + 18% service tax on 0.03% of ECV. All tendereres have to pay the above non-refundable service charge through online payable to M/s. Vupadhi techno services Ltd, Amaravathi., and it shall be from a Nationalized / Scheduled Commercial Bank. A Xerox copy of the online payment is to be scanned and uploaded along with bid (3) The successful tenderer has to pay 0.04% of estimate contract value towards e-procurement corpus fund by the way of DD in favour of MD, APTS, Vijayawada and hand over the same to the Superintending Engineer, PR, Eluru at the time of conclusion of agreement. (4) The tender inviting / receiving authority reserves the right to postpone / cancel / reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason, whatsoever (5) the tenders received with more than 5% of the estimated rates shall be summarily rejected, (6) Negotiations are not permitted to be conducted at any level, (7) The defect liability for all the works will be 24 months duly taking into account of extraordinary holiday, the date of completion of total work (8) If the office happens to be closed on account of extraordinary holiday, the date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue, (9) the tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the last date of receipt of tenders, (10) Any other details can be seen in the tender document. (11) The Executive Engineer, PIU Division, Bhimavaram is not responsible for making payment. Payment will be made by the Administrative sanction Authority / Government subject to the availability of the Funds. The Convenor / Contractor here by agrees that he will not approach the Hon?ble Court for the making the Pending Payment

The Bidder should submit litigation history for the past 5 years. 2. During continuance of the contract, the contractor and his sub contractors shall abide at all times by all existing labour enactments and rules made there under, regulations, notifications and bye laws of the State or Central Government or local authority and any other labour law (including rules), regulations, bye laws that may be passed or notifications that may be issued under any labour law in future either by the State or the Central Government or the local authority and also applicable labour regulations, health and sanitary arrangements for workmen, insurance and other benefits.
