General Terms and Conditions / Eligibility  
1) Registration eligibility: The Contractors registered with Government of AP as Class IV &V (Civil) and above as per G.O.Ms. No.94, I &CAD (PW.COD) Dept. Dated: 01.07.2003 are only eligible. Class IV &V (Civil) contractors registered in Irrigation Circle, Kurnool are only eligible. This condition is not applicable for the contractors registered under above classes. (2) Tender Schedules can be down loaded from the Web site www.apeprocurement.gov.in (3) The dates stipulated in the tender notice are firm and under no circumstances they will be relaxed unless officially extended. (4) E.M.D shall be paid using Net Banking/RTGS/NEFT from their registered Bank accounts only or using Credit Card/Debit Card as per the VISA/Master Card guidelines in online. Scanned copy of Online payment Receipt towards EMD shall be uploaded along with the bid. (5) The tenderers shall be required to furnish a declaration in on line stating that the soft copies uploaded by them are genuine. Any incorrectness/deviation noticed will be viewed seriously and apart from cancelling the work duly forfeiting the EMD, Criminal action will be initiated including suspension of business. (6) The bidder shall upload the following documents along with bid.(a) Registration Certificate. (b) Scanned copy of Online payment Receipt towards EMD (c) Copy of PAN card (d) Copy of latest IT return submitted to Income Tax Department with proof of receipt (e) Registration of GST in AP state and Copy of TIN ( Tax Identification No.) issued by Commercial Tax Department. (f) Latest GST Clearance Certificate.7) The Tenderer shall furnish all the declarations/ statements specified in the Tender document. 8) The tenderer is subjected to be disqualified, if he is found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms/statements/certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements. Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/fake certificates of experience or suppressed the facts, he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated and his EMD will be forfeited. 10) For all other conditions, qualifications and the documents/statements to be uploaded etc., the tender document shall be referred. The bidder shall invariably furnish all the documents, statements, declarations, undertakings as specified in the tender document. 12) Before the Last date for submission of Bids, the Bid Inviting officer may modify any of the Contents / conditions of the Bid notice, Bid documents by issuing amendment/corrigendum. Any addendum/ corrigendum issued by the Bid Inviting Officer shall be part of the Bid Document. 13) The Executive Engineer, TBP Division , Adoni or the Sanctioning authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders and cancel the tender without assigning any reasons there for. 13) Any further information regarding the tender conditions and details can be obtained from the Office of the Executive Engineer, TBP Division , Adoni during the working days. Note:- Any other condition regarding receipt of tenders in conventional method appearing in the Tender documents may please be treated as not applicable.
