Qualification Requirements: To qualify for consideration of award of the contract each tenderer should fulfill the following criteria. 1.The details and certificates are to be furnished as per the Proforma available in the tender schedules. 2.Tenders are invited on the e-procurement platform www.apeprocurement.gov.in from the contractors / contracting firms eligible I) Eligible as per G.O.Ms.No.94 Date : 01/07/2003, Class-V & above Contractor having experience of execution of Civil work (Experience Certificate shall be furnished) 3.The contractor shall furnish a copy of valid GST registration with Commercial Tax department and latest Commercial Taxes Clearance Certificate and should be in force at the time of price bid opening. 4.The contractor should furnish copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN), and copy of latest Income Tax returns along with proof of receipt etc. 5.Availability `of the key technical personal with adequate experience as per clause 6 of conditions of contract and as per statement - I. 6.Information on Litigation history as per Statement - II. 7.The Tenderer should submit signed undertaking of tender in online 8.The tenderer should submit the particulars preferably in the format specified in the tender schedule along with necessary certificate. 9.In case of firms, the copies of Firm Registration Certificate and partnership deed should be submitted.

General Technical Terms and Conditions (Procedure)  
General Terms & Conditions: Officer inviting tenders: Executive Engineer, APMSIDC Division, Srikakulam. 1.Tenders are invited on the apeprocurement platform www.apeprocurement.gov.in for the above mentioned works from the Contractors/ Contracting firms eligible I) Eligible as per G.O.Ms.No.94 Date : 01/07/2003, Class-V & above Contractor having experience of Civil Work, execution of Maintenance of STP Plant Room. Approximate estimated contract value of work: Rs.7,74,213/-, 3.a) Processing fee of Rs.2,360/- : a) to be paid online to the Managing Director, APMSIDC, Mangalagiri (Account No. 142410011000314 of Union Bank of India, Mangalagiri Branch, Mangalagiri, IFSC Code: UBIN0803669) b) All the participating tenderers should pay a Transaction fee of Rs.270/- [@0.03% of ECV (Estimate Contract Value) with a cap of Rs.10,000/- + service tax @ 14.50% on transaction fee)] shall be payable to M/s Vupadhi Techno Services Pvt. Ltd, in the manner mentioned at 5(b)above. 4.a) ) E.M.D. to be paid for Rs.7,800/- (i.e. 1% of ECV) online to the account of the Executive Engineer, APMSIDC, Srikakulam Executive Engineer, APMSIDC Division Srikakulam. A/c.No.174310100017894 of Union Bank, Balaga Branch IFSI Code : UBIN0817431 and upload the original transaction slip with UTR number 5.Period of completion of work: 2 Months 6.Tender Schedules: Tender schedules can be downloaded from the Web site www.apeprocurement.gov.in 7. Form of Contract: Lump sum contract 8.Class of contractor eligible: I) Eligible as per experience of execution of Civil work. 9. Bid Document Download Start Date & Time From 15.02.2024 @ 03:00 PM on words to Bid documents download end date is 22.02.2024 up to 3.00 PM. Last date and time for uploading of bid documents on 22.02.2024 up to 5.00 PM. Technical Bid Opening date 23.02.2024 @ 11:00 AM. Note: The dates stipulated above are extendable by an official notification from the department by corrigendum at e-procurement market place, if those dates happen to be Public Holidays subsequently. 12. The technical bid evaluation of the tenderers will be done on the certificates/documents uploaded through online only towards qualification criteria furnished by them. 13. The tenderer is subject to be disqualified, if he is found to have misled or furnished false Information in the forms / statements/ certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements or record of performance such as abandoning completion of the works, litigation history or financial failures and participated in the previous tendering for the same work and has quoted unreasonable high /low bid price. 14.Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false / fake certificates of experience, he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated as per clause 60(a) of PS to APSS and his EMD will be forfeited. 15. Any other condition regarding receipt of tenders in conventional method appearing in the Tender documents may please be treated as not applicable. 16. The contractors are requested to upload the information in Zip format preferably. 17. Transaction fees: A transaction fee at 0.10% of the estimate contract value of the work towards service charges has to be paid by successful bidder at the time of concluding the agreement in the form of Demand draft as follows in favour of : 1)Managing Director, APTS, Vijayawada for Rs.310/- Through online for Tender Value more than 10.00 lakhs (@ 0.04% of estimate contract value with a cap of Rs.10,000/-) 2)Managing Director, APMSIDC., Mangalagiri for Rs. 460/- (@ 0.06% of Estimate Contract Value) 18.The Executive Engineer, APMSIDC Division, Srikakulam reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. IMPORTANT NOTE: After uploading the technical bid / Price bid / the original Demand Drafts in respect of Processing Fee are to be submitted by the tenderer to the Executive Engineer, APMSIDC Division, Srikakulam before opening of the price bid, failing which, the tender shall be rejected.
