Eligibility Criterion Eligibility Criteria:- To qualify for consideration of Award of the Contract each Tenderer should fulfill the following certificates, documents etc., are to be scanned and uploaded on to the 'e' procurement plat form "i. Registration certificate having class-V with Public Health, Quality Control Circle, Guntur and class-III and above under G.O.Ms No.94I&CAD, Dt.1.7.2003 are eligible to participate in the tenders. ii. Copy of contractors registration certificate is appropriate class with Government of Andhra Pradesh.
