NOTICE INVITING TENDERS (NIT)
Short NIT No. EE / R&B / GNT /118/ 2023-24, Dated :28.02.2024
1. Tenders for the work mentioned below are invited from the Contractors / Contracting firms registered with Government of Andhra Pradesh.
1) Name of the work : Construction of Compound wall at DLTC / ITI, Guntur
2) Estimate Contract value of work put to tender : Rs.2,22,913/-
3) Period of completion of work : 1 Month
4) Form of contract : LUMPSUM
5) Class of contractor eligible. : 1) G.O.Ms.No.94, I&CAD(PW-COD)

a) Price Bid :
2. a) The bidders need to contact the Executive Engineer, R&B, Guntur for information on ?e?procurement.
b) The bidders need to register on the electronic procurement market place of Government of A.P., that is, www.eprocurement.gov.in. On registration on the ?e? procurement market place they will be provided with a user ID and password by the system using which they can submit their bids on line.
c) While registering on the e procurement market place, bidders need to scan and upload the required documents as per the tender requirements on to their profile.
The e procurement market place provides an online self-service registration facility to such of the contractors who are already registered with respective participating departments for supply of specified goods and services.
3 The eligibility of the tenderers will be done on the
certificates/ documents uploaded through online only.
4. The successful bidder shall invariably furnish the original DD towards EMD, hardcopies of uploaded documents to the tender inviting authority before entering into agreement either personally or through courier or by post and the receipt of the same within stipulated time shall be the responsibility of the tenderer. The department will not take any responsibility, on delay or non receipt of original Demand drafts.
5. . The GO. Ms. No. 174 I&CAD dated: 1-9-2008 Deactivation of Bidders
If any successful bidder fails to submit the original hard copies of uploaded certificates/documents, DD/BG towards EMD within stipulated time or if any variation is noticed between the uploaded documents and the hardcopies submitted by the bidder, as the successful bidder will be suspended from participating in the tenders on eProcurement platform for a period of 3 years. The eProcurement system would deactivate the user ID of such defaulting bidder based on the trigger/recommendation by the Tender Inviting Authority in the system. Besides this, the department shall invoke all processes of law including criminal prosecution of such defaulting bidder as an act of extreme deterrence to avoid delays in the tender process for execution of the development schemes taken up by the government. Other conditions as per tender document are applicable.
6. All the participated bidders shall mandatorlry pay the transaction fee to M/s C1 Indial Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad through ICICI, HDFC Electronic payment Gateway as per G.O.Ms.No. 13, Dt 5-7-2006 (IT&C) Department.
7. The bidder shall authenticate the bid with his digital certificate for submitting the bid electronically on e-procurement platform and bids not authenticated by digital certificate of the bidder will not be accepted on the e-procurement
Note: The above conditions are stipulated in accordance with the instructions given in G.O. Ms.No. 6, I & CAD (PW ? Reforms) department, dated 11.01.2005.
The above conditions shall only prevail and any contradictory clause if any provided any bidding document shall not be taken into cognizance.
8. The tenderer shall furnish a declaration in online stating that the soft copies uploaded by them are genuine. Any incorrectness, deviation noticed will be viewed seriously and apart from canceling the work duly forfeiting the EMD. Criminal action will be initiated including suspension of business.
9. The tenders will be opened by the Executive Engineer, (R&B), Guntur or his nominee at his office, on the date mentioned above.
10. If the office happens to be closed on the dates specified above, the respective activity will be performed at the designated time on the next working day without any notification.
11. The Tender inviting authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders with out assigning any reasons there of.
As per NIT
12. The successful Bidder, who backs out at the time of agreement to impose a penalty of forfeiting the EMD and suspending the business of the agency for one year with all the Departments in A.P.
