General Terms and Conditions / Eligibility  
OFFICER INVITING TENDERS : Executive Engineer, APMSIDC Division, Visakhapatnam Tenders are invited on the e-procurement platform for the above -mentioned work from the Contractors / Contracting firms registered with Government of Andhra Pradesh. The details of Tender conditions and terms can be downloaded from the electronic procurement platform of Government of Andhra Pradesh i.e. www.eprocurement.gov.in

General Technical Terms and Conditions (Procedure)  
Approximate Estimate Contract value of work : Rs. 16,43,301/- Contractors would be required to register on the e-Procurement Market place ?www.e-procurement. gov. in? and submit their bids online. The department will not accept any bid submitted in the paper form. Non Proof of paying Processing Fee Rs.2000/- through Net Banking / RTGS / NEFT / Credit Card / Debit Card shall be scanned and uploaded along with other documents / certificates. Current Account Number 142410011000314 of Managing Director, APMSIDC , Mangalagiri is Andhra Bank, Mangalagiri Branch, Mangalagiri, IFSC ANDB0000366 / UBIN0803669) and should submit by all participating bidders to the Executive Engineer, APMSIDC, Visakhapatnam (Demand drafts not acceptable.) a) E.M.D. to be paid for Rs.16500/- (i.e., 1.00% of ECV) in favour of Executive Engineer, APMSIDC Division, Visakhapatnam along with bids and the balance EMD @ 1.5% of Estimate Contract Value / Tender Contract Value which ever is higher is to be paid at the time of concluding agreement

No. 12 of information technology, Electronic & Communications Department dated 01.06.2016: b) 1) The bidders can pay the EMD?s using Net Banking / RTGS / NEFT, the bidders should pay EMD?s from their registered bank accounts and the unsuccessful bidders EMD?s will be refunded to their registered bank accounts in the new e-Procurement system. 2) The bidders can pay the EMD?s using Credit Card / Debit Card, as per the VISA / Master Card Guidelines, return of EMD will be only to the Originating Card from which payment was made, as per the standard practice of Credit Card / Debit Card refunds. Dt.07.05.06 with effect for 02.02.2007. Scanned E.M.D. and transaction fee may be uploaded with the bids and originals must be submitted by the successful technical bidders only to the Executive Engineer, APMSIDC Division, Visakhapatnam so as to reach before opening of price bid either personally or through courier or by post and the receipt of the same within the stipulated time shall be the responsibility of the tenderer. Failure to furnish the original Document EMD and Processing fee before price bid opening date will entail rejection of bid and blacklisting. Period of completion of work : 3 Months The tenderers can view/ down load the tender documents from the 'e? market place. Form of contract ? Lump sum contract.
