General Terms and Conditions / Eligibility  
The following qualification information to fulfill the above eligibility criteria shall be uploaded. 1) Civil Contractors having registration with Govt. of A.P./ Proddatur Municipality in appropriate eligible class as per following G.Os a) G.O. Ms. No. 94 I&CAD, dt 01.07.2003 b) G.O. Ms. No. 130 I&CAD, dt 22.05.2007 Note : i) Class V Contractors registered in Municipalities / (PH), under Public Health circle, Anantapur Region & Class IV Contractors registered Public Health circle, Ananthapur are only eligible for tendering ii) And Class- III and above Class, registered Contractors who are qualified to tendering all over the State Government Departments are eligible to participate. 2) E.M.D to be paid using Net banking/RTGS/NEFT from their registered bank accounts using Credit Card / Debit Card as per the VISA/Master Card guidelines only in favour of "Commissioner, Proddatur Municipality" 3) Towards transaction fee to be paid ONLINE 4) Income Tax Pan Card 5) AP GST Registration

General Technical Terms and Conditions (Procedure)  
1. Bids are invited on the e-Procurement for the above mentioned work, from the Contractors/ Contracting firms registered with Government of Andhra Pradesh. The details of Tender conditions and terms cane be down loaded from the electronic procurement platform of Government of Andhra Pradesh i.e., www.apeProcurement.gov.in 2. Approximate Estimated contract value of work Rs. 1,46,160/- 3. Form of contract Lump sum 4. Period of Completion 02 months 5. Contractors would be required to register on the e-procurement market place www. apeprocurement.gov.in and submit their bids on line. The Department will not accept any bid submitted in the paper form. 6. EMD to be paid by way of Demand Draft in favour of Municipal Commissioner, Proddatur for Rs.1462/- (i.e. 1% of EVC) from any Government Owned public Sector or any scheduled Commercial Bank along with bids. 7. The participating bidder should pay non-refundable Transaction fee for Rs. (at 0.03% of EVC +10.30% service Tax) through electronic payment gateway on online only as per orders issued by the Government vide G.O. Ms. No. 13 IT & C Dept., dated 05.07.2006. 8. The bidders can view/ down load the tender documents from the e market place. 9. The Tenders with an excess of 5% of the estimated contract value shall be summarily rejected. 10. All other relevant conditions are incorporated in the tender document. Note : The dates stipulated above are firm and under no circumstances they will be altered unless otherwise extended by an official notification or happen to be a Public Holiday. Eligibility Criteria regarding Contractor Registration and Technical Qualification : 1. The Class of Contractor eligible is given below. Civil Contractors having registration with Government of Andhra Pradesh in appropriate eligible class as per the G.Os specified and also meeting the eligibility criteria of Technical Qualification as specified in the Tender Notice on e market place. The bidder should submit the following particulars invariably in the format specified in the tender schedules with necessary certificates/ documents and to be scanned and uploaded online on e procurement platform, failing which his tender shall be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected. 1. Civil Contractor registration certificate having registration with Government of Andhra Pradesh in appropriate class required as per NIT 2. EMD through Online 3. IT PAN Card along with latest Income Tax Assessment with Income Tax return along with proof of receipt. 4. GST Registration 5. The bidder is subjected to be blacklisted and his EMD is to be forfeited, if he found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms/ statements/ certificates submitted in proof of qualification. 6. Even while execution of the work, if found that the Contractor had produced false/ fake certificates of experience he will be blacklisted and the contract will be terminated and the work will be taken over invoking clause 60(a) of PS of APSS. 7. Any further information can be obtained from the Office of Municipal Commissioner, Proddatur. Special Condition : All the Govt. G.Os, orders issued with either in the past or in future in regard to tender processing, execution of works and payment of bills are applicable to this work also.
