General Terms and Conditions / Eligibility  
Bids are invited on the e-procurement platform for the above-mentioned work from the contractors / contracting firms Class IV & Above are eligible as per clause-8 of NIT, registered with State Govt. 2. Approximate estimated contract value of work: a) All the participating bidders should pay a Transaction fee of Rs. as per online [(@0.03% of ECV (estimate contract value) with a cap of Rs.10,000/- + service tax @ 10.30% on transaction fee)] to M/s. C1 India Pvt. Ltd., by using Credit cards (Any MASTER / VISA Card) issued by any bank or through net banking accounts with ICICI or HDFC Banks as per G.O.Ms.No.13/ IT&C Dept. Dt.07.05.06 with effect for 02.02.2007. a) As per G.O.Ms.No.8,Dated:08.05.2016 of Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Department (eProcurement wing)., the features of the online payment facility for EMD Amount are given below. a) In the new version of procurement, the bidders can pay the EMD for Rs. using Net banking/ RTGS/ NEFT, the bidders should pay EMDs from their registered bank accounts and the unsuccessful bidders EMDs will be refunded to their registered bank accounts in the new e-procurement system. b) Also the bidders can pay the EMDs using Credit Card / Debit Card, as per the VISA/Master Card Guidelines, return of EMD will be only to the Originating Card from which payment was made, as per the standard practice of Credit Card / Debit Card refunds. c) Bank Guarantees are not accepted for the works costing up to Rs. 50.00 Lakhs as per Government orders. C) The successful (L1) tenderer shall furnish original hard copies of all the documents/certificates/statements/ up loaded by him before concluding agreement. 4. Period of completion of work: 9 months 5.Tender Schedules: tender schedules can be downloaded from the Web site www.eprocurement.gov.in? 6. Form of Contract: Lump sum contract. 7.
