Minimum Class IV (Civil) Public Health, Guntur/ Rajamahendravaram Only (OR) Class-III (Civil) and above As per G.O.Ms.No.94, Dt.01-07-2003 I & CAD, G.O.Ms.No.130 I&CAD(PW:COD) Department Dt:22.05.2007 or other relevant GO read with clarification issued thereafter. i) EMD shall be paid through online payment in e-procurement website ii)Online receipt of EMD and other documents shall be uploaded during filing the tender through e-procurement website in the mandatory field iii) All the Hard copies (Self attested) should submit to the office within one week of the tender filed as per G.O.Ms.No.174, I&CAD (PW-Reforms), Dt.01.09.2008

Procedure for Bid Submission

The bidders who are desirous of participating in ?e?procurement shall submit their Tender, in the Standard Formats prescribed in the Tender documents displaced at ?e?market place. The bidder shall invariably upload the Statement showing the list of documents to be produced in support of their Tender [THE BIDDER MAY ALSO UPLOAD SCANNED COPIES OF CERTIFICATES, WHICH IS OPTIONAL]. The bidder shall sign on the statements, documents, certificates uploaded by him accepting responsibility for their correctness / authenticity. The attested copies of certificates; documents as listed in the Statement in support of Technical bid are to be submitted by the bidder to the concerned Municipal Commissioner, so as to reach before the date of opening of Tender. The bidder shall not submit any certificate / documents other than those listed. Similarly, if any of the certificates, documents etc., furnished by the bidder is found to be false / fabricated / bogus the bidder will be blacklisted and EMD forfeited. The following qualification information to fulfill the above eligibility criteria shall be uploaded and hard copies of the same shall be submitted before opening of Tender. a) Online receipt copy of EMD b) Copy of Contractors registration certificate. c) Latest In come tax clearance certificate / Latest IT returns and PAN number d) Copy of Sales Tax Registration certificate. e) The tenderer should fill in the particulars in the Statements I to III as detailed below:- i) Statement I : availability of key personnel for administration site management and execution viz; Technical personnel required for the work. ii) Statement I : Information on litigation history in which Tenderer is the Petitioner if any information on criminal litigation in which the tenderer is involved If any. iii) Statement III : Information on Criminal records if any f) Affidavit in prescribed format. 1. The information furnished is the best available. However the department does not guarantee the correctness of interpretations, deductions of conclusions which are given as supplementary information. The information have been produced as found communicated ascertained or other wise learned by the department. 2. The intending bidders can contact office of the Municipal Commissioner, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation for any clarification in information on any working day during working hours.
