Other Information	Sealed Quotation in one part is invited from eligible contractors for the following work:- Description of work-Re-construction of drain at DasDhowrah atMadhaipur Colliery. Quotation documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Terms and Conditions etc. can be obtainedfrom the Office of the Agent, Madhaipur Colliery, PO: Nutandanga, Dist.: Burdwan, PIN-713381,on any working day from 30-01-2024 to 06-02-2024 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all workingdays and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. Quotation documents can also be downloadedfrom ECL website (www.easterncoal.nic.in) during above mentioned period. There is no applicationfee. Quotations can be submitted upto04:00 P.M. on 07-02-2024 in the tender box kept in the Office ofthe Agent, Madhaipur Colliery. In the event of specified date of submission is declared a Holiday byemployer, the bid will be received upto the appointed time on the next working day. The quotation offer will be opened on 07-02-2024 at 04:30 P.M. at the office of the Agent,Madhaipur Colliery in the presence of the attending bidders or their authorized representativeswhosoever chooses to be present in the office. In case of holiday on opening date, it will be openedon the next day at the same time and same place.
