Other Information	Sealed quotations are invited for the below mentioned work from the eligible, working contractors for the following job at Sodepur Central Workshop on their letter head only duly signed with seal on percentage above/below basis Name of Work- Re-Construction of main drain, soak pit at bunglow para under Sodepur Central workshop. Issue of Tender Document :- Quotation documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Terms and Conditions etc. can be obtained from the Office of the General Manager, Sodepur Central Workshop, PO: Sunderchak, Dist.: Paschim Burdwan, PIN-713360, on any working day from 05/02/2024 to 09/02/2024.from 10:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. (Except Sunday & Holiday) at the office of the undersigned before quoting their rates. Quotation documents can also be downloaded from ECL website (www.easterncoal.nic.in) during above mentioned period. There is no application fee. Quotations can be submitted upto 10.00 A.M to 01.00 P.M on 11/02/2024 in the tender box kept in the Office of the Civil Department, Sodepur Central workshop. In the event of specified date of submission is declared a Holiday by employer, the bid will be received upto the appointed time on the next working day. The quotation offer will be opened on 11/02/2024 at 03.00 PM at the office of undersigned in the presence of the attending bidders or their authorized representatives whosoever chooses to be present in the office.
