Other Information	Sealed Quotation in one part is invited from eligible contractors for the following work:- Description of work- Reconstruction of boundary wall, Gate of approach road to Boiler/Substation at No.-2 Pit of South Samla Colliery under Manderboni South Samla (A) Mine. Quotation documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Terms and Conditions etc. can be obtained from the Office of the Agent, South Samla Colliery, PO: Pandaveswar, Dist.: Burdwan, PIN-713346, on any working day from 16-02-2024 to 22-02-2024 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. Quotation documents can also be downloaded from ECL website (www.easterncoal.nic.in) during above mentioned period. There is no application fee. 5. Quotations can be submitted upto 04:00 P.M. on 23-02-2024 in the tender box kept in the Office of the Agent, Madhaipur Colliery. In the event of specified date of submission is declared a Holiday by employer, the bid will be received upto the appointed time on the next working day. 6. The quotation offer will be opened on 23-02-2024 at 04:30 P.M. at the office of the Agent, Madhaipur Colliery in the presence of the attending bidders or their authorized representatives whosoever chooses to be present in the office. In case of holiday on opening date, it will be opened on the next day at the same time and same place.
