Other Information	Sealed quotations are invited for the below mentioned work from the eligible, working contractors for the following job at Jhanjra Area on their letter head only duly signed with seal on percentage above/below basis. Name of Work. Construction of 02 nos. ventilation stoppings with 2 nos. door in 2 Level in between 7R and 8R of R-VI seam at MIC under JPC. Issue of Tender Document :- Quotation documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Terms and Conditions etc. can be obtained from the Office of Area Engineer Civil, Jhanjra Area., PO: Jhanjra, Dist.: Paschim Burdwan, PIN- 713385, on any working day from 02/04/2024 to 08/04/2024.from 9:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. (Except Sunday & Holiday) at the office of the undersigned before quoting their rates. Quotation documents can also be downloaded from ECL website (www.easterncoal.nic.in) during above mentioned period. There is no application fee. Quotations can be submitted upto 12.30 pm on 08/04/2024 in the tender box kept in the Office of the Area General Manager, Jhanjra Area. In the event of specified date of submission is declared a Holiday by employer, the bid will be received upto the appointed time on the next working day. The quotation offer will be opened on 08/04/2024 at 01.30 PM at the office of Area General Manager, Jhanjra Area in the presence of the attending bidders or their authorized representatives whosoever chooses to be present in the office.
