Quotation documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Terms and Conditions etc.can be obtained from the Office of HoD Environment Department, PO: Bahula, Dist.: Paschim Paschim Bardhaman , PIN-713322,, on any working day from01/07/2024 to10/07/2024from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days except saturdayand 10:00 AM to 1:00 PMon Saturday.Quotationdocuments can also be downloaded from ECL website (www.easterncoal.nic.in) during above mentioned period. There is no application fee. Quotationscan be submitted upto 1:00 P.M P.M. on11/07/2024in the tender box kept in the Office of the Hod Environment Department. In the event of specified date of submission is declared a Holiday by employer, the bid will be received upto the appointed time on the next working day. The quotation offer will be opened on12/07/2024 at 3:30 P.M. at the office of General Manager, Environment Departmentin the presence of the attending bidders or their authorized representatives whosoever chooses to be present in the office. In case of holiday on opening date, it will be opened on the next day at the same time and same place.
