Quotation documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Terms and Conditions,etc.can be obtained from the Office of the Agent-Amritnagar Gr. of Mines., PO: Searsole Rajbari, Dist.: Paschim Bardhaman, PIN- 713358, on any working day from05-08-2024to 12-08-2024 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday.Quotationdocuments can also be downloaded from the ECL website (www.easterncoal.nic.in) during the above-mentioned period. There is no application fee. Quotationscan be submitted up to 1:00 P.M. on13-08-2024 in the tender box kept in theOffice of the Agent-Amritnagar Gr. of Mines. In the event of the specified date of submission being declared a Holiday by the employer, the bid will be received upto the appointed time on the next working day. The quotation offer will be opened on13-08-2024 at 3:00P.M.at the Office of the Agent-Amritnagar Gr. of Minesin the presence of the attending bidders or their authorized representatives whosoever chooses to be present in the office.
