Other Information	Sealed Quotation in one part is invited from eligible contractors for the following work:- Name of Work: Re-construction of fallen boundary wall and tree guard at Manderboni Colliery Agent Office. Quotation documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Terms and Conditions etc. can be obtainedfrom the Office of the Agent, Manderboni Colliery, PO: Gogla, Dist.: Burdwan, PIN-713381, on anyworking day from 23-08-2024 to 02-09-2024 from 10:00 AM to 5:00PM on all working days andfrom 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. Quotation documents can also be downloaded from ECLwebsite (www.easterncoal.nic.in) during above mentioned period. There is no application fee. Quotations can be submitted upto 04:00 P.M. on 03-09-2024 in the tender box kept in the Office ofthe Agent, Manderboni Colliery. In the event of specified date of submission is declared a Holidayby employer, the bid will be received upto the appointed time on the next working day. The quotation offer will be opened on 03-09-2024 at 04:30 P.M. at the office of the Agent,Manderboni Colliery in the presence of the attending bidders or their authorized representative swhosoever chooses to be present in the office. In case of holiday on opening date, it will be opened on the next day at the same time and same place.
