Quotation documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Terms and Conditions etc. can be obtained from the Office of the Area Engineer(Civil), PO: ChitraDist.:Deoghar ,PIN-_815351, on any working day from 23.09.2024 and closes on27.09.2024.from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. Quotationdocuments can also be downloaded from ECL website (www.easterncoal.nic.in) during above mentioned period. There isno application fee. Quotations can be submitted upto,5:00 PM, on 27.09.2024.in the tender box kept in the Office of the Area Engineer(Civil).In the event of specified date of submission is declared a Holiday by employer, the bid will be receivedupto the appointed time on the next working day. The quotation offer will be opened on 28.09.2024,5:00PMat the office of Area Engineer(Civil) in the presence of the attending bidders or their authorized representatives whosoever chooses to be present in the office.In case of holiday onopening date, it will be opened on the next day at the same time and same place.
