Eligibility Criterion : Qualification Requirements Class-V registration eligible for All Department Govt of Telangana The Civil Contractors having registration in appropriate class with Govt of TG are eligible *** The Contractor / Agency should have own / lease Hot mix Plant The registration shall be as per the following G.O s i. G.O.Ms.No. 94, I & CAD (PW_COD) Dept Dt. 1-7-2003. ii. G.O.Ms.No. 171, I& CAD (PW-C&D) Dept., Dt. 6-2-2004. iii. G.O.Ms.No. 142,I & CAD (PW-Reforms) Dept., Dt: 20-12-04. iv. G.O.Ms.No.130, I & CAD (PW-Reforms) Dept., Dt.22-05-2007 v. G.O.Ms.No.174,I & CAD (PW-Reforms)Dept., Dt.01-09-2008. The Tenderer should further demonstrate : i) Income Tax/Pan Card. ii) GST registration. iii) EMD Class III & above Registration of all depatments eligible in Telangana state II- Physical Requirement: The bidder as a prime contractor should have executed the minimum Quantities of items in given below in any one year during the last Ten financial year?s i.e from 1-4-2017 to 31-3-2017. The bidder should have enclose experience certificates issued by Engineer In Charge of the state / central Govt dept, undertakings not below the rank of Executive engineer or equivalent and counter signed by the officer of the rank of Superintending Engineer. III- Financial Requirement: a) The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar nature of works of value not less than Rs.76.00 lakhs as a prime contractor in any one year during the last Ten financial year?s i.e from 1-4-2017 to 31-3-2017. Sub contractors / GPA holders experience shall not be taken into account. b) The bidder should produce liquid assets / credit facilities / Solvency certificates from any Indian Nationalized / Scheduled banks of value not less than Rs.52.00 lakhs. c) Assessed available Bid Capacity as per formula (2AN-B) should be greater than the estimate contract value. A= Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in its name in any one financial year during the last Ten financial years (updated to current Price level) taking into account the works completed as well as works in progress. N= Number of years prescribed for completion of the work for which Tenders are invited B= Updated value (at current Price level), of all existing Commitments i.e., ongoing works, works likely to be awarded to be executed during the Period of completion of the work for which Tenders are Invited. Annual turnover cost of completed works and balance works on hand etc., shall be updated by giving weightage of 10% per year to bring them to current price level. IV- The bidder should furnish the availability of (either owned or leased) the following Key and critical equipment required for the work. Equipment Type required Capacity Qty. Required. The tenderer is subjected to be blacklisted and the EMD forfeited if he is found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms/ Statements/ certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements or record of performance such as abandoning of work not properly completed in earlier contracts, inordinate delays in completion of the works, litigation history and/ or financial failures and /or participated in the previous tendering for the same work and has quoted unreasonable high bid prices. 2. Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/ fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated. 3. (a) All the participating bidder should pay an amount of Rs. /-( )(0.03% of tendered contract value plus tax @ 12.36%) towards transaction fee electronically online through payment gateway services provided by ICICI and HDFC Banks using their credit cards and hand over the same to along with EMD. 4. The successful bidder should pay Rs. @ 0.04% of tendered with a cap of Rs. 10,000/- for works up to Rs. 50.00 Crores of contract value plus tax in the form of DD in favour of M/s. TS towards ?e? procurement corpus fund initially R & D of software applications for automation of process in user departments and hand over the same to at the time of concluding agreement.

General Technical Terms and Conditions (Procedure)
General Terms & Conditions: 1) Bids are invited on the e-procurement for the above mentioned work from the Contractors/ Contracting firms registered with Government of Andhra Pradesh. The details of Tender conditions and terms can be down loaded from the electronic procurement platform of Government of Andhra Pradesh i.e. www.eprocurement.gov.in. 2) Estimate Contract value of work Rs 205765.87 3) Contractors would be required to register on the e-procurement Market Place www.eprocurement.gov.in and submit their bids on line. The Department will not accept any bid submitted in the paper form. 4) EMD to be paid by way of Crossed Demand Draft for Rs.2057.65/- (i.e. 1% of ECV) D.D drawn in favour of or irrevocable BG pledged in favour of, Hyderabad from any Nationalized Bank and scanned copy of DD and credentials must be uploaded along with the bids. Failure to upload the scanned copy of DD & credentials, the tender will be summarily rejected. 5) The successful bidder shall invariably furnish the original DD/BG towards EMD and balance EMD 1.5% and certificates/documents of the uploaded scanned copies to the tender inviting authority before entering into the agreement either personally or through courier or post and the receipt of the same with in the stipulated date shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder. The Department will not take any responsibility for any delay in receipt/non-receipt of original DD/BG towards EMD, certificates/documents, from the successful bidder before the stipulated time 6) Period of contract : 3 months 7) The Tenderers shall be required to furnish a declaration in on- line stating that the soft copies uploaded by them are genuine.
