17 If I/we fail to renew Contractor registration before its expiry during the above said period of contract, I/We are liable for penalties @ Rs.10,000/- per week for the delay period caused from expiry of registration to its renewal. 19 Further, the tenderer or their employee shall possess valid ?A? grade Electrical license.
