General Terms and Conditions / Eligibility
1. Bids are invited on the e-procurement for the above mentioned work from the Contractors/ Contracting firms registered with Government of erstwhile AP/Telangana. The details of Tender conditions and terms can be down loaded from the electronic procurement platform of Government of Telangana i.e. https://tender.telangana.gov.in 2. Approximate Estimate contract value of work; Rs. 1,11,497=00 3. Contractors would be required to register on the e-procurement Market Place https://tender.telangana.gov.in and submit their bids on line. The Department will not accept any bid submitted in the paper form. 4. EMD to be paid by way of Crossed Demand Draft for Rs. 2800/- (i.e. 2.5% of ECV) drawn in favour of D.D in favour of Commissioner, Huzurnagar Municipality from Nationalized/Schedule Bank And scanned copy of DD/through online payment gateway and all mandatory certified/documents listed in eligibility criterion credentials must be uploaded along with the bids. Failure to upload the scanned copy of DD & credentials, the tender will be summarily rejected. 5. The successful bidder shall invariably furnish the original DD/BG towards EMD and the balance EMD @ 1.5% and certificated/documents of the uploaded scanned copies to the tender inviting authority before entering into the agreement either personally or through courier or post and the receipt of the same within the stipulated date shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder. The Department will not take any responsibility for any delay in receipt/non-receipt of original DD/BG towards EMD, certificates/documents, from the successful bidder before the stipulated time. 6. Period of completion of work: 3 months. 7. The bidders can view/ down load the tender documents from the ?e? market place. 8. Form of contract ? Lump sum contract. b. Dt: 12-06-2017 The tenderer should further demonstrate and shall upload necessary document in proof there off: 1 Civil contractor Registration Certificate 2 EMD through online payment 3 GST Registration and latest GST returns 4 Pan Card 5 Latest IT Returns for the Assessment year 2024-25 with a Pan card in the name of individual or firm participating in the tender process. 2. The tenderer is subjected to be blacklisted and the EMD forfeited if he is found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms/ Statements/ certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements or record of performance such as abandoning of work not properly completed in earlier contracts, inordinate delays in completion of the works, litigation history and/ or financial failures and /or participated in the previous tendering for the same work and has quoted unreasonable high bid prices. 3. Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/ fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated. 4. (i) All the participating bidder should pay an amount of (0.03% of tendered contract value plus tax @ 15.00% ) towards transaction fe to M/s TSTS electronically online through payment gateway services provided by ICICI and IIDFC Banks using their credit cards and hand over the same to Municipal Commissioner, Huzurnagar Municipality at the time of submission of uploaded documents of Technical Bid including EMD. 5. The successful bidder should pay @ 0.04% of tendered with a cap of Rs. 10,000/- for works up to Rs. 50.00 Crores of contract value plus tax in the form of DD drawn in favour of M/s. TSTS towards ?e? procurement initially R & D of software applications for automation of process in user departments and hand over the same to Commissioner, Huzurnagar Municipality at the time of concluding agreement. 6. Bids are valid for a period of 90 days. 7. Any further information can be obtained from the O/o. Huzurnagar Municipality
