Executive Engineer, Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Division – Sakti invites online bids on Percentage Rate Tender behalf of Commissioner, Chhattisgarh Housing Board from registered in D/above - Class with unified registration system. The tender documents can be purchase, download through https://eproc.cgstate.gov.in on or before 12/02/2024 up to 17.30 hrs

WorkDetails:
1. Name of Work : : Construction of Meeting/Multy Activity hall, Approach, Shed Work, Misc development work and Repairing/Rennovation Work of Tehsil Building at Tehsil/SDM Office Campus Malkharouda Dist. Sakti

2. Estimated Cost of the work : 74.03 Lacs

3. Completion period of work including rainy season : 09 Mont hs

4. Amount of Earnest Money Deposit : 75000.00 (by DD)

5. Cost of tender document : 10000.00 + GST
Terms and Conditions: -

1. Tender documents can be downloaded and bid submission from 25/01/2024, 10.00 AM hours to 12/02/2024, 17:30 hours online from https://eproc.cgstate.gov.in after making an online payment of Rs. 10,000.00 Bid Fee Extra as Applicable.
Contractors opting to purchase the tender documents online have to be registered on the electronic tender management system.
2. Since the online bidders are required to sign their bids online using Digital Certificates, contractors are advised to obtain the same at the earliest.
3. All Required Documents of bidders (including earnest money) which is all are mandatory & must be uploaded online and also submitted manually in the Office of Executive Engineer, Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Division-Sakti (C.G.) up to 17:00 on 13/02/2024.

4. Envelopes containing earnest money and technical bid including financial bid w ill be opened from 14/02/2024, 10:00 hours in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives who may choose to remain present.

5. Bidders are suggested to refer guideline to bidder attached with tender document for online bid submission.
6. Contractors have submitted the copy of :-

c. Last 3 F.Y IT Return
d. PAN, GST No./Certificate (as per minimum qualification of NIT
