TENDER NOTICE
Executive Engineer, Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Division Ambikapur Invites online bids in form F (Lumpsum) eligible contractors as per Pre Qualification Criteria and registered with Chhattisgarh unified Registration System In A-CLASS. The tender documents can been purchase, download & participate through https://eproc.cgstate.ov.in on or before 20.02.2024 up to 17.30 hrs.
1. Name of Construction work :- Construction of 13 MIG, 158 LIG, 40 EWS and development of 15.00 acr Land Under Atal Vihar Yojna at Jagdishpur, Ambikapur, District – Surguja (C.G.)
2. Estimate Cost of the work Rs. 2709.70 Lacs.
3.Completion period of work including rainy season ;- 24 Months including rainy season.
4. Amount of Earnest Money Deposit : Rs. 27.10 Lacs by Demand Draft.
5. Cost of tender document : Rs. 50,000.00
Terms and Conditions:-
1. Tender documents can be downloaded and bid submission from 01.02.2024 to 20.02.2024, 17.30 hours online from https:/ eproc.cgstate.gov.in a fter making an online payment of Rs. 50,000.00 Bide Fee extras as Applicable.
2. Since the online bidders are required to sign their bids online using Digital Certificates, Contractors are advised to obtain the same at the earliest.
3.Pre-bid meeting will be held on date 19.02.2024 in office of the Dy Housing Commissioner, Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Circle - Ambikapur at 11:00 hrs. to 17.30 hrs.
4. All Required Documents of bidders (including earnest money) which is all are mandatory & must be uploaded online and also submitted manually in the Office of Executive Engineer, Chhattisgarh Housing board Division Ambikapur upto 17.30 on 21.02.2024.
5. The Pre-qualification documents in prescribed from duly completed and signed shall be submitted in a sealed cover. A Bank draft of Rs. 10000/- in a separate envelope in favor of Executive Engineer, Chhattisgarh Housing Board , Division Ambikapur upto 17.30 on 20.02.2024
6. Envelopes containing earnest money and technical bid includi ng financial bid will be opened from 22.02.2024, 11.00 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representative who may choose to remain present.
7. Bidders are suggested to refer guideline to bidder attached with tender document for online bid submission.
