Executive Engineer , Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Capital Project Division Nava Raipur invites online bids on Lump-sump contract in Form-F on behalf of Commissioner, Chhattisgarh Housing Board from registered contractor in “C" Class/ Above with Unified Registration System. The tender documents can be purchase, download & participate through https://eproc.cgstate.gov.in on or before 08/03/2024 up to 16.30 hrs
Work Details:
1. Name of Work:- CONSTRUCTION OF 33 NOS. ATAL AWAS INDIVIDUAL HOUSES UNDER I/C INTERNAL WATERSUPPLY, SANITARY FITTING & INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORK ATAL AWAS YOJNA AT BELBHATHA,ABHANPUR, DIST:- RAIPUR(C.G.)
2. Estimated Cost of the work : Rs. 118.70 Lakh
3. Completion period of work including rainy season : 12 Months (i/c rainy season)
4. Amount
of Earnest Money Deposit : Rs. 1,19,000/- by Demand draft.
5. Cost of tender document : Rs. 12,500/-
Terms and Conditions: -
1. Tender documents can be downloaded and bid submission from 08/03/2024, 16:30 hours to 15/03/2024, 17:30 hours online from https://eproc.cgstate.gov.in after making an online payment of Rs. 12,500.00 Bid Fee Extra as Applicable.
Contractors opting to purchase the tender documents online have to be registered on the electronic tender management system.
2. Since the online bidders are required to sign their bids online using Digital Certificates, contractors are advised to obtain the same at the earliest.
3. All Required Documents of bidders (including earnest money) which are mandatory must be submitted online or in case due to some reason if could not be uploaded, must be submitted manually in the Office of Executive Engineer, Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Capital Project Division Nava Raipur up to 17:30 on 18/03/2024. In case of failure in submission of
document online and hard copy manually, the bid will be rejected.
4. Envelopes containing earnest money and technical bid including financial bid will be opened from 19/03/2024, 13:00 hours in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives who may choose to remain present.
5. Bidders are suggested to refer guideline to bidder attached with tender document for online bid submission.
6. Contractors have submitted the copy of :-
a. E- Registration
b. EMD
c. GST Certificate and return copy
d. Copy of latest 02 years IT Return and PAN
e. P.F. registration copy
f. ESIC registration copy
