Tender Notice

Executive Engineer, Chhattisgarh Housing Board, Division - 1 Raipur invites online bids on Item Rate Tender on behalf of Commissioner, Chhattisgarh Housing Board from B and above Class registered contractor in unified registration CGPWD and eligible (as per term and conditions of NIT). The tender documents can be purchase, download & participate through https://eproc.cgstate.gov.in on or before 27/03/2024 upto 17.30hrs.
Work Details:
1. Name of Work: Construction Of Balance Work 48 EWS Stilt + 6th Storied Building Including Internal water supply, sanitary fittings, electrification work, Development Work with External Water Supply Line, Tube well, Sewerage System, Road, Culvert, Drain, Garden Development, Boundary Wall, At Phase-3, Kabir Nagar Raipur (C.G)
2. PAC : 295.79 Lacs
2. Completion period of work including rain y season : 12 Month (i/c rainy season)
3. Amount of Earnest Money Deposit : 2,96,000/- Demand draft in favour of Executive Engineer Chhattisgarh Housing Board Division- I, Kabir Nagar, Raipur.
4. Cost of tender document : 15,000.00 to be paid in online
Terms and Conditions: -
1. Tender documents can be downloaded and bid submission from 14/03/2024, 21:00 hours to 27/03/2024, 17:30 hours online from https://eproc.cgstate.gov.in after making an online payment of Rs. 15,000. Bid Fee Extra as Applicable. Contractors opting to purchase the tender documents online have to be registered on the electronic tender management system.
2. Since the online bidders are required to sign their bids online using Digital Certificates, contractors are advised to obtain the same at the earliest.
3. All Required Documents of bidders (including earnest money) which is all are mandatory & must be uploaded online and also submitted manually in the Office of Executive Engineer, Chhattisgarh Hous ing Board, Division-1, Raipur up to 17:30 on 28/03/2024.
4. Envelopes containing earnest money and technical bid including financial bid will be opened from 01/04/2024, 11:00 hours in the presence of Bidders or their authorized representatives who may choose to remain present.
5. Bidders are suggested to refer guideline to bidder attached with tender document for online bid submission.
6. Contractors have submitted the copy of :-

c. IT Clearance
d. GST Registration
e. Other Document as per NIT.
